Today is May 15, 2026. I stopped for a late breakfast., Being my first time there, I was comparing the food, people and atmosphere to some of my favorite restaurants in the Manitowoc/Two Rivers area. To make a long story short, I have added this lovely place to my "Favs List." From the delicious, perfectly prepared food to the wait staff, to the cleanliness to the happy, warm atmosphere, I rated this a 5 out of 5 star dinning experience and I will be back, with friends in tow! read more

Very wonderful spot in the downtown area. Menu has tasty and unique options. The coffee and tea options are excellent. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Tables are close together so expect a chair bump from the patron behind you getting up. Parking was easy on the weekend and we didn't wait for a table at 10am but did see a line forming when we left. read more

Excellent brunch. Generous portions of well prepared dishes. I am particularly fond of the breakfast fare, especially the crêpes. Unless you're quite hungry, there is enough to split with another person. I've been returning here. read more

I was here with friends on a Saturday morning. We waited 15 minutes to get a table. This is a clean nicely decorated upscale restaurant. Our waitress was prompt and helpful. The menu has many standards as well as more unique and healthier options. I opted for the biscuit and gravy breakfast. The meal was out in a reasonable amount of time. The scrambled eggs were OK. It's kind of hard to get them wrong. The potatoes were uniformly diced and nicely seasoned. The biscuits were light and flaky, and were smothered in a thick creamy sausage gravy. The portion was generous. The price modest. This was a nice experience and will be back. read more

Split the toasted berry crunchy french toast $14 and the in-beet-able salad $13 and ate every single bite, open daily until 3pm and highly recommend. The venue is open, airy with lots of natural light. Our waitress provided great recommendations and was friendly and attentive. Couldn't wait to come here, and can't wait to come back! Very open and clean seating and dining area when you walk in. Bright lighting, and a nice warm buzz from everyone talking and eating. This establishment does not take reservations, and I know why now, due to the fact that it was quite busy the entire time we were here this morning. The staff is very nice. The food came out in a very timely manner . I ordered the classic eggs Benedict, and all I can say is, WOW. We also ordered strawberry and banana pancakes along with the mile high omelette. Restaurant has their own parking lot. Accepts credit cards. Food was good, huge portions (share a dish if you don't want leftovers), and came out quick. Service is fast and friendly, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes. We liked the vibe being laid back, chill and the place is not overly decorated which I found helpful to not distract from the conversation and food. If you're looking for average priced food of below average quality then make the trip to Bloom and Brunch. While my hopes were high based on other reviews and their marketing, upon walking into to this quaint restaurant, overall the experience fell short. Cons: Logistics: Saturday Brunch of course you can expect a wait. No biggie. The entry was a tight hallway. There was no designated place to sit or even step aside as there is one way in/out in the winter. Cold Greetings: Guest were not greeted and the hostess acted as if she had better things to do. Referred to another family's child as "that thing". Taste of food: Ordered the Mile High omelette because how can you go wrong with a classic. We'll Bloom & Brunch managed. Overall, it was completely bland and flavorless, as were the breakfast potatoes. I was most looking forward to the homemade shame and toast. Unfortunately, the "homemade" strawberry jam tasted like it had been frozen at some point--no flavor. The toast was soggy upon arrival. Overall, really disappointing for a breakfast that should've been comforting and fresh. Pros: Service: I cannot speak highly enough of my server Laura. The woman was on the perfect amount of attentive, light, and warm. She truly is the redeeming of the restaurant. We are visiting and this was our last meal before leaving town. My wife said the pictures looked good. Out of all the food we ate while in the area, this was the best... by far. My wife had some super duper pancakes with what seemed like..... every fruit known to man and some cream cheese on it. She said it was amazing. I had the Mile High Omelette and potatoes. I mean, what can you really do with eggs right? But this was very very good. This place is only open from 7am to 2pm I think i saw? Can you imagine if they were open for dinner? I would definitely eat at this place again and again. I highly recommend you try this place. Very clean. Food came out fast. New restaurant where Holla used to be. This is my favorite new breakfast place. The food is excellent. I've have an egg white omelette and today eggs Florentine. Both were done to perfection. Try the un "beetable" salad, a delicious meal in itself. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. They check several times to make sure you are having a good experience. They start by bringing you a carafe of water, so you can drink as much or as little as you want. As a tea drinker I am usually appalled at the horrible tea available in other restaurants. Here you get stellar tea in a brewing pot at the table. I am tempted to compare this place to Dali's. Both are stellar restaurants, but Bloom and Brunch edges out in food quality and service. Dali's gets the edge in comfort and ambiance. Bloom and Brunch is newly opened. If you don't try it, you're missing out. This restaurant checks all the boxes for.me. The service was impeccable.. the food was fresh . Clean environment. The ambience was stellar.

I had an excellent omelet complete with avocado slices on top. Our wait person was very attentive.

We had 17 ladies in our group. I had called ahead to let them know. The service was great, we were in & out in an hour. Everyone raved about their food. Highly recommend! read more

My husband had the Salmon Benedict and raved about it. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. I had Herbivore Skillet. The vegetables were delicious: savory and well cooked. The potatoes were clearly French cut and not frozen. We will be back when we are in the area again. read more
