Went here for lunch on a Sunday and it was just what we were looking for! It seems you can either order at the counter or pick a seat and a waiter will come get your order. There seem to be two halves to the restaurant with slightly different vibes on each. One more diner/coffee shop and one more bar. The diner side where you order also had a vast selection of muffins and other baked goods, some gluten free and vegan. We were surprised to see 9 different varieties of muffins! We ended up getting the jerk chicken wrap, the French toast, and the teriyaki wrap. The best part was the varieties of wraps you can choose from! It's great that they don't just have white. The jerk chicken had a nice kick to it and gave my friend the hiccups, but kept eating because it was so good. The French toast was in sticks form and pretty tasty, great presentation of lincoln log-esque. The teriyaki chicken had a nice sweetness, but not overpowering. It was gobbled up quickly. We also liked the toasted tortilla garnish with different seasonings on them. Just the right amount of side for a wrap. Overall, good food, friendly staff, and very reasonable price. Stopped here for a bite to eat while attending our granddaughter's volleyball tournament. Menu looked good. Ordered the tuna salad panini and mocha latte. Latte was lukewarm and unappealing. Panini was leathery and wet! Not much tuna salad in the panini. Couldn't finish it. Have to say that the staff was pleasant and our server asked what she could do to make it better when we were truthful about the experience. That's good customer service. Usually like this place the few times I've had it. Thought I'd try something new to eat since I usually get the same thing. Ordered takeout. Love the owners; really nice people. However not sure if they were having an off day or what. Ordered the prime rib panini on white toast. I usually love paninis. Got it and there was cubed seasoned potatoes on the sandwich! Definitely didn't say that in the description. Literally states, "shaved seasoned prime rib, prime sauce, au jus". Needless to say there was no au jus, barely any meat and the meat that was on it had green metallic in it. I ate the potatoes off the sandwich and threw the rest of it out. Super disappointed. It specializes in wraps so just going to stick with those. That's like going to Bdubs for a burger when they specialize in wings. Lol. read more

Went here for a pre-theater bite before a concert at Capitol Theater. Great made to order sandwiches and drinks. We had the tuna melt, aioli fries, baked fish wrap and fish tacos (hey , it was Friday during Lent.)They are now open for dinner on Friday and Saturday and have expanded their dining room by annexing the vacated spot next door ,appropriately named "The Annex" room. Unfortunately I have to update my previous review and it's not for the better. The last two or three times I've been here the quality of the food has gone down with regards to consistency in preparation and ingredient quality. The Cheeseburger wrap has been my favorite, but recently the meat has been "cordy" and the sauces almost non-existent. I keep getting the same thing hoping it will live up to how it used to be but my wrap yesterday was inedible. I'll go back, but I'm disappointed that I won't be ordering my go-to wrap next time. read more

The food is decent here and the baristas are nice. I ordered the spicy veggie wrap (said it was spicy but actually quite bland...added siracha). They offer collectivo coffee, a few cocktails, beer, and kombucha, which is awesome. However, I came for the wifi while working out of town and it is horrible. The password is written on a card they give you and it keeps kicking you off so you have to retype it. The manager said it "worked on his phone" so that wasn't very helpful. Turns out it IS case sensitive and the written F (that means capitalized for the manager lol) is actually supposed to be lower cased f. Whatever, got through. Cool. Well. Couldn't even send a work chat message let alone open files. I am currently using a personal hotspot to write this review and finish up what I'm working on before moving on to a coffee shop that delivers on wifi. :) read more

Update: I had the flu yesterday and my fiancé brought me our favorite (now used to be favorite) Wrap it up. We opened the food and wrap had ranch, when we always ask for Cesar dressing, the bacon was thick but hard as bones. I literally thought I was going to break a tooth. Chicken was fine. It was pretty much a big wrap stuffed tight with lettuce and a chicken chunks and rock hard bacon. I hate to point fingers but when Randy the Owner makes the wraps or is even in the shop the food is ALWAYS 5 STARS no doubt! I'd eat my self silly when he makes it. But there's a staff member with short red hair who works there and no matter what we order it's the wrong sauce or some simple single swap, and the food is just awful! When we kindly make comments she has little to no personal touch and acts like we are a burden. I Love this shop and I want it to succeed but we can't even eat here anymore when she's there because it's the worst $16 we spend. We did call the shop and she argued with us that it was not ranch over the phone, obviously we know what ranch tastes like. Their Cesar dressing is so good and they said they bought it at Costco, we literally bought a Costco membership just to have the dressing at home. (Although it's not there, but we love Costco lol). Anyways, the red head did offer to give us replacement wraps next time we're in town. We've complained numerous times, this is the first she's offered to replace. This is not a place for large groups, go here with your girlfriend for a quiet lunch/brunch. Food: Good. We needed a quick bite before our trip across Lake Michigan. We read about this little place on Yelp and decided to try it for ourselves. What a gem! The place is tiny and my google maps wasn't exactly accurate with the location- don't give up!!! The line of people was steady while we were there but the wait time was reasonable. The counter staff were very kind and personable; they didn't act rushed or frustrated. The selection of food here is fantastic...and so cheap! My parents ordered a panini which they raved about (my Dad is fairly picky about his food. So, the fact that he loved it was a huge compliment!). I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. Mmmmmm. Buffalo chicken. This wrap was delicious! First of all, It was huge! So, WI, they have you covered on the portion size. It was also well made. A perfect balance of ingredients and a bit of kick. This place seriously is a gem in the middle of nowhere. No offense, Manitowoc. :) No matter what you're craving, this place has it. I got the vegetarian burrito, and for what I paid, I was expecting something half the size. This thing was PACKED with veggies and super flavorful. It wasn't spicy so I added jalapenos, which I highly recommend. The servers and cooks were extremely friendly and accommodating, and my food was ready almost instantly. This place is really good! My husband and I were in Wisconsin last week for a few days and we were looking for a place to eat lunch in Manitowoc. Wrap It Up is directly across the street from the library, and within spitting distance from the Maritime Museum. I had a Garden Goddess wrap in a white tortilla- hold the tomato (romaine lettuce, baby bella mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots, green pepper, and Goddess dressing). For my beverage I had a green Tazo tea. The wrap was so good- fresh and yummy- the people who own this place really care about the food and the customers. Why can't more places in Chicago be like this? Lots of organic and natural choices, plus beer if you feel like it. read more

Stopped on with my 11 year old daughter after a swim meet at the Y. Really good food and lots of choices. The employees are very friendly and quick. We were checked on twice in the short time we were there. I had a tuna melt and sugar free white mocha and my daughter had a cheese quesadilla. Very tasty! Had heard rave reviews about this place and didn't have a chance to try it until a couple of weeks ago. I want to qualify my remarks that I did go in with high expectations and we might have caught them at a bad time, because they seemed flustered when they took our order and they were out of several drink items. I had the Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry wrap and that was very good and well prepared. Everything else left something to be desired. They were out of chai tea, so I settled for a mango smoothie. I was later told they only had strawberry left for their smoothies, which I really don't care for, so she made it a weak one. We had two orders of nachos with salsa, one was supposed to be mild and the other hot. She brought us two mild salsas, but later corrected it when we asked which was supposed to be hot. I believe that many other people really enjoy this place and they have had better experiences than we got that day. To be honest, I was also a little put off by the large display of biblical scripture that you first see on the back wall when you walk into the place. All-in-all it was not a good experience for me and the religious element is not my cup of tea. I like the concept and the personal service aspect, which they do seem to take pride in preparing good fresh food. They may have given us a below average experience on the day we stopped by and that is to be expected on occasion at even the best of places. If you like good wraps and don't mind the decor, I think you will be very happy with this place. read more

This restaurant has changed hands. The wraps are still great. The staff is friendly. It is in the heart of downtown Manitowoc, within easy walk of the Maritime Museum and the lake front. I go in every couple of weeks, and their menu continues to expand without getting rid of any of my favorites. The breakfast burritos are offered all day, and they are delicious. The salsa they use is outstanding. The cheeseburger wrap is another one if my favorites. Someone commented on a long wait, but I've never experienced that. With their small kitchen, I'm impressed with their speed. Recently I ordered a taco salad wrap. I barely sat down and opened the newspaper before it arrived. The owner always walks around do check on the patrons when he's not busy in the kitchen. It's a very friendly place to visit. read more

A great stop to check out while visiting the downtown area! The food is always fresh, and there are so many options. They have burritos, wraps, scramblers, paninis, and drink options like smoothies, coffee drinks, and more. I love that they have a good variety of items for vegetarians and I always recommend Wrap It Up to customers looking for veggie options in the area. They do tend to get pretty busy during the typical dining "rush hours" so I recommend calling ahead to check wait time. read more

What a delight to walk from the city marina to have a fresh ingredient scramble after a 24 hour sail from Chicago. My husband and I ordered a Greek scramble and a Fiesta wrap which he elected to have as a scramble. The service was fast, attentive and one regular customer moved on her own accord to give us a comfy booth. (We must have looked worse than we thought after our all nighter. ) The fresh OJ is not fresh squeezed on the premise, but the owner assured us we wouldn't be disappointed. We weren't. Coffee was good too with two different strengths. The entrees were delish with perfect seasonings. After sampling each scramble my husband preferred the Greek and we switched. We had ordered half wraps for our daughter's graduation last year and everything was as we ordered. This year was another story. I had asked if I ordered 30 wraps, that would be 60 halves. She said yes and asked if I wanted them wrapped. I said that would be great. When we picked them up, they were not cut and wrapped as a whole. When we called and talked to the owner he basically said that's what it is and they don't have time for us. So as we started to open the wraps up we started to see the tortillas were different colors. That was not what I ordered so I called back again. The owner gets on the phone and says " so now there's something wrong with the wraps?" When I told him about the different types of wraps, he said that's what they do unless you specify. I guess you are supposed to know this and they don't tell you that this is what they do. Even though it wasn't this way the year prior when I ordered. Oh and by the way, one of our guests found a plastic tab in her wrap. After trying to complain a second time on the phone, the OWNER HUNG UP ON ME!! You can take my $220 that I paid for everything I DIDN'T ORDER. Very poor business practice and I let my friend know to NOT get wraps for her bridal shower. read more
