We had ordered half wraps for our daughter's graduation last year and everything was as we ordered. This year was another story. I had asked if I ordered 30 wraps, that would be 60 halves. She said yes and asked if I wanted them wrapped. I said that would be great. When we picked them up, they were not cut and wrapped as a whole. When we called and talked to the owner he basically said that's what it is and they don't have time for us. So as we started to open the wraps up we started to see the tortillas were different colors. That was not what I ordered so I called back again. The owner gets on the phone and says " so now there's something wrong with the wraps?" When I told him about the different types of wraps, he said that's what they do unless you specify. I guess you are supposed to know this and they don't tell you that this is what they do. Even though it wasn't this way the year prior when I ordered. Oh and by the way, one of our guests found a plastic tab in her wrap. After trying to complain a second time on the phone, the OWNER HUNG UP ON ME!! You can take my $220 that I paid for everything I DIDN'T ORDER. Very poor business practice and I let my friend know to NOT get wraps for her bridal shower. read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast while passing through. This place is super cute and the service was excellent! Our cashier made some recommendations and checked in on us after we got our meal. It was your standard fare wrap shop. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. If you're looking for a reasonably priced lunch that let's you add some interesting toppings to your wrap (i put cilantro and avocado in my chicken caesar wrap for an additional charge), then this is a place that won't disappoint. Wrap It Up has recently been taken over by new owners. I was a big fan under the old owners, but the new owners have really stepped it up. They now offer a small selection of craft beers in addition to the same great wraps. Service is much faster than it used to be, which was my biggest complaint before. For those customers who didn't like the religious overtones (I didn't care), they are now gone. I'd encourage people to give this shop another try. They are open Mondays at lunch and have late night hours on the weekends. read more

Love the vibe here! And the service is always prompt and friendly. They make everything carefully and with an obvious desire to exceed your expectations. I have yet to try something off their menus that I haven't enjoyed. I regularly get the Masala Chai (they make it from scratch, not concentrate!) and my favorite breakfast item is a good ole sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. They cook the eggs just right! Wrap-It-Up is truly one of the dining "gems" hidden in Manitowoc, I eat here at least once a week, and (pridefully) have eaten every wrap on their menu. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection of wraps quickly dissolves the perception that a wrap only comes in chicken caesar or chicken bacon ranch. These aren't your Applebee's wraps. In addition to the normal menu items, which include breakfast selections (available all day), and lunch items (that even include a cheeseburger wrap) there are frequently specials at Wrap-It-Up. In the week leading up to St. Patrick's day you would be foolish not to pass up the Reuben wrap, which quite honestly has the best corned beef that I eat around the holiday. Pulled pork is a frequent guest and can be incorporated into any number of regular wraps, and on occasion the kitchen puts together some other unique creation. If you, however, are so blessed to walk in on a day when they have chili, do not pass up the opportunity for a Texan, my favorite. A normal breakfast wrapbecomes extraordinary when it gets filled with homemade chili. Treat yourself to this. Mike, co-owner and chef, does a fantastic job and only uses the best, organic ingredients - and if you so dare, can spice up your wrap with anything from a jalapeno to a ghost chili and everything in between if you ask. I used to be a big fan of this place and would always reccommend it to people. But the last few times I have been here, were just not good. First, I ordered a basket...it came with fries so, our table asked for ketchup...and they were going to charge us for it. I am already paying an excessive amount of $10 for a small wrap and like 15 fries...I shouldnt have to pay for my ketchup. Also, they have messed up on our orders the last 3 times we were here between drinks and food. Overall, some interesting charges on a lot of food and toi high of prices for what you get. read more

I have never in my life had anything near the quality and effort put into the perfect ingredients into these wraps. I had stopped in a few years ago, the afternoon of a city festival, so not a good time for a first visit - they were out of everything. Not real thrilled with the sandwich we ended up with. Didn't go back for a year or 2 - stopped in last year to pick up some go-menus to put in out business - all kids behind the counter again. Not a good indication (to me) of great customer service. Last week I was in Manitowoc and wanted just a sandwich and as I was driving right by them, I decided to give it one more shot. My previous visit wasn't good timing This time, the owner seemed to be there and I had a good look at the choices they offered. Quite a few really different options - and breakfast burritos any time. I have been trying to do without meat for the past 6 months or so, so I was looking for that option but without just 'veggies on bread'. I was drawn to the 'loaded burrito' - brown rice, black beans, salsa, lettuce, onions, cheese, sour cream - all wrapped up in a tortilla. The filling is grilled as is the whole wrap when its filled. I think I may become seriously addicted to that burrito! Great nutty/beany taste and the kicker is the salsa - sweet and hot. Had a chance to talk to the owner a few days later (went back for another one) - very nice guy, willing to make up whatever you want if he has the ingredients. Screaming Mimi Salsa - it's all they use! The decor is a bit off-putting, if you didn't grow up in head-shop, hippie era. But well worth a trip to try out some of their wraps. read more

Love it! My personal favorite is the Greek breakfast wrap. Delicious! Service is a little slow and during lunch hour rush it may take a longer to get your wrap. So plan for that if your stopping in on your lunch break. My family goes there almost once a week. read more

Our office orders from here on a weekly basis. Whether just a few orders or everyone in the building, they never disappoint. The wraps are delicious and they work with every odd change on the order (even the sometimes vegan but always vegetarian and the gluten free, milk free, onion free, extra sour cream, etc). If you are a foodie you will love this place. The ingredients are carefully selected by the staff and great quality is the obvious standard. I have tried most of the items on the menu and have never once been disapointed. My favorite wrap is the fiesta breakfast wrap that is served all day. It is the most delicious combination of eggs, black beans, avacado, sour cream, locally produced white cheddar, and the most delicious salsa I have ever had in my entire life (which by the way they also sell in jars) I also strongly encourage you to try the Huli Huli wrap with pulled pork when available. To top off the tasty menu of food is the authentic Chai tea latte. Seriously the best Chai anywhere in the area. They make it fresh with a special blend of spices and black tea that will guarantee a return trip. I am 100% hooked on Wrap It Up. I want to also note that everything is made fresh to order here. No microwave to reheat and no premade items. This may make wait time a little longer than some are used to but the old saying good things are worth the wait definately applies to this fantastic gem of foodie paradise. read more
