Very good food!!! But I agree the customer service is horrible! The lady at the front isn't greeting at all. And as I tried to place my order the lady would ignore me and answer the phone . She can atleast say give me a minute please . Also when I finished placing my order she said it would be 1 hr wait. I told her it was fine and she rolls her eyes!!! This place was GARBAGE , the food was awful and the service was crap. The lady taking our order was so rude she wouldn't even look at us when she was taking our order and had the nerve to roll her eyes when we asked for extra cups for the kids. Almost everything has cheese in it and the fish (if you can call it that) tasted old, this place isn't even a restaurant it's a small shack with tables and chairs outside with a canopy over them. There was no actual parking for this place so you had to park you cars around whatever space there was so you smelled everyone's car exhaust as they were coming and going. I tried to keep an open mind because my sister and mom love this place (only God knows why) but you couldn't pay me to eat there again. read more

Sushinaloa is at another level, it was ok but too much bread for me, many of their sushi selections are breaded and just did not taste the actual sushi. I felt this was not for me personally. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I take a late lunch around 1:30 and I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. There were only 2 orders ahead of me. I finally couldn't wait any longer and asked for my order to go. I only ordered one Masago Special Roll. By the time I got back to my office, less than 2 miles away my food was cold. It's a HOT day, my car was hot and the outside temperature was hot, how this got so cold, is beyond me. The flavor was good but not worth $13 and the 30+ minutes wait. Won't be going back. A friend of mine told me about this place, so i decided to check it out in hopes of tasting something new. Ordered the agua Chile natural sushi rolls, because I love agua chiles. Unfortunately the sushi was very dry, lots of rice but no flavor and the agua Chile's on top were dry as well. This is by the far the worst sushi I have ever had in my whole life and I've been food poisoned by sushi and even that experience was far better than this place. The sushi Taste as if had been sitting in a refrigerator all day. The cream cheese was just spread in the roll as if it were a bagel (barf) the sauces that I thought could possibly dilute the other tastes were even worse. One cup had to have been nothing but mayo (barf again) the other was mayo and a small bit of hot sauce. The soy sauce was dreadful it was nothing but salt in liquid form.
