Came here for the first time last night. I ordered the Cielo, Mar y Tierra roll. I absolutely LOVED it! The flavors were there, the fried rice was just perfect. Ordered a side order of Tampico (Jaiva) and I also loved it. It had green onion which was a nice touch! The chipotle mayo was too good! Overall, this sushi reminded me of the one I had in Mexico: delicious...Cashier was VERY nice and attentive. Would I drive 40 minutes to come here again? Of course, I will! read more

Too greasy, all the food tasted the same. I should have gone to Popeyes if I would have known it would be this greasy. Save your money or make the drive to Jersey Mikes. Not worth it!! Service was ok, food not so much. It gave me diarrhea, no bueno for my stomach. The teriyaki chicken bowls are huge and also are very delicious. Prices are reasonable..ibe had great sushi and prices have been a little cheaper. Its not such a great place to sit and eat. just to love this place but notice every time i go, I always saw people including me getting skipped after ordering which i fund it kind of odd because sometimes I'll order something so simple and for some reason, people who ordered after me and made bigger orders would get served first and faster and I'll still be waiting for at least 35 to 45 minutes .. so for my understanding you need to look like a buchon lol in order to get the best service other wise expect this type of delay. also forgot to mention the food it's not longer what it just to be. read more

This place is the creame De la creame of sushi with a Mexican ( ceviche ) twist in the hood!! The food taste fresh, and amazing!! The owners are nice and very professional with in restaurant guidelines. My favorite is the Zamu especial. What puts the icing on the cake is their Chillie SOY SAUCE! Oh my gosh. I've had great mexican Japanese fusion before and this was not it! Me and my girlfriend, in two years, agreed that this was the worst place we have ever eaten. It was also grossly overpriced at 12-15 bucks a roll. The rice was rubbery, compressed and texture was awful. The flavor was bland with a strong emphasis on mayonnaise and/or cream cheese. They use the push tubes to make the sushi if that is any indication of the skill level of the workers making it. The lady up front also claimed that it "just came out" right now but the food was cold and it tasted like it it was thrown together 20 minutes ago from old ingredients that had been sitting around for a long time. this is a place I would call, "a hidden gem" ... really liked the outside environment and the streets located around this small place seemed like a good place. first timer! the prices were just right, staff were friendly, and enjoyed their sushi and their appetizer (crab meet with cream cheese) was delicious and stuffing just right!
