August 10, 2025 - My First and Last Visit I finally went to this sushi place my fiancé had been bragging about. I was excited... until I experienced the service. This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience. The food is good -- but when customer service is this bad, the quality doesn't matter. My order number was 141, and I waited 55 minutes before my food came out. Yes, they were busy, but here's the problem: there should be a system in place -- at least one dedicated cook or staff member for dine-in customers so they're not stuck waiting while take-out orders flood the kitchen. By the time my food arrived, my hunger and patience were gone. For me, this was the first and last time I'll be here. Advice for anyone thinking of visiting: Call ahead, place your order by phone, and give yourself at least an hour before you expect to eat. Owner/manager, if you read this -- take it as constructive criticism. Good food might get people in the door, but bad service will keep them from coming back. read more

Not only was the service horrible but so was the food. There's two women in the front, they were both so rude and had the nastiest face/ attitude. Sushi should come with sriracha sauce and they charged it. $0.50 for a small packet of sriracha. Never again. Out of all the times I've came to this establishment, the customer service I received today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The place was pretty packed, I understand that. I placed my order at the front, and waited. Now considering my previous experiences here, I know it's expected to have to endure a 30 min wait, which isn't really a problem. I love sushi and I love Mexican seafood, especially from Sinaloa. What I ordered was the guamuchilito and bomba. I wanted so many things from the menu but I can only eat so much.
