We are late to post this one as we found out this place a couple weeks ago from a video online and decided to stop by and try. Service was nice as they were welcoming and friendly as well as helpful in giving some suggestions and recommendations and finding what are some favorites. Food was delicious only recommendations we wish were a little different were the fried rice was a little too wet for fried rice but was still delicious and for the calamari some pieces were crispy which is great just had a couple pieces felt soggy or didn't hold together. All in all place was great, energy in the building felt so uplifting and like a fun casual place playing great music and having lots of conversations around, loved this place

One of my favorite sushi restaurants in the valley. Lowkey and relaxed environment but it has a good vibe and nice energy. Attentive and helpful staff which makes the customer service feel genuine and top tier. The variety and quality of sushi rolls is amazing. The fried rice and Yakisoba are always hella good as well. Come hungry and be ready to take a to go box with you. Also don't pass up the Chili Garlic Edamame.

Phoenix seems to be a city that a lot of restaurants close at 8PM, so I was lucky that when the place I wanted to eat at was closed, that Sushi Vibe was located right around the corner and this place took care of me super quickly. I came into Sushi Vibe at around 8:30PM and since I was flying solo, they sat me at the bar and took care of me right away. I was feeling simple and hungry, so I ordered three rolls that I'm too stupid to remember. I think it was a Crunch Spicy Tuna Roll and two others that I'll probably never remember the name of because I usually just order random stuff. The staff was super attentive during my visit and had me fed and ready to go in like 15 minutes. The sushi was great here and tasted really good. The crunch had crunch, the fish tasted fresh, and the food did it's job and filled me up. Overall, Sushi Vibe was a great place to grab dinner and I truly have no complaints over my visit. The restaurant was super nice, the food was super good, and the staff was very friendly. Need Sushi? Sushi Vibe will take care of you.

I absolutely love this place. I've never really cared for raw fish or traditional sushi, but their vegetable rolls are wonderful, and I've always enjoyed a good teriyaki--both are done exceptionally well here. The lunch special is a fantastic value and very generous in portion. I usually order the bento box lunch, which includes miso soup, a roll, a small appetizer, and the bento itself with rice, chicken, and salad. It truly exceeds my expectations every time. I also appreciate that they offer plenty of vegan options, all of which are surprisingly flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance--calm but still modern and inviting--and the staff are consistently warm and welcoming. It's become one of my favorite spots.

When checking out an Elite Week event at Salt & Straw with one of my besties, we found ourselves strolling the plaza and feeling a bit peckish. Why not stop in for some sushi since a few of my Yelp friends gave this location good reviews? For a Friday night, they had a small wait and the location was filled. A sign of a good place if you ask me! The hostess was very nice and so was the server who checked on us several times. We ordered: Booty booty roll, Cherry Blossom Roll, Side order of Shrimp Fried Rice, and Chili Garlic Edamame. Though the Booty booty was solely for the name and subsequent laughs, it was pretty good! I've added fish back into my diet, and been loving sushi. This definitely hit the spot. Still in awe of the sheer size of the "side order" of shrimp fried rice! We both ended up taking it to go in a styrofoam box, which was nice to enjoy the next day. Definitely good eats in the restaurant and for leftovers. Well worth the price point and we both said we would return again!

I stopped by Sushi Vibe on a very busy night and was told the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. Luckily, the outdoor bar seating was open, and since it was a cool night with the heaters on, it had such a nice vibe. We decided to sit outside and were seated immediately. Everyone here was super friendly, and we were helped right away. The sushi was delicious! We started with the crunchy spicy tuna appetizer, which was really good. Our server was amazing. She brought out the Lion King roll and mentioned it was her favorite. She even told me she usually enjoys it with two different sauces and brought them out for me to try. They were both delicious! I also got to try the beef yakisoba, and everything was packed with flavor. It ended up being the perfect, relaxed date night with a beautiful view of the Christmas tree outside.

I had a great first time at sushi vibe! I came in with a big group and our waitress was helpful with everything we needed. They have an afternoon happy hour and the pricing was very reasonable. They have all the classic rolls you could think of including my favorite Vegas roll. But I especially liked their first love roll and sunset roll which included little lemon slices providing a really fresh flavor to the sushi. You can never go wrong with the yellowtail! I would come again

Sushi Vibe 100 E Camelback Rd Unit 154 Phoenix, AZ September 13, 2025 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Portion size: 5/5 Visit: Brought my family to our favorite sushi spot! We wanted Sushi and Fried rice. Food: For appetizers we ordered One Garlic edamame. For entrees we ordered One Vegas Rolls, One Chicken Katsu that were cooked to perfection, and One Chicken Fried rice. Service: Dine in order, Service was great and food was prepared correctly and under 25 minutes, service was also fast and dinner for 3 in the heart of Biltmore only cost $65 our order was fresh and worth the wait! This food very much tastes exactly like its sister company "Sushiholic" another valley must try.

Super great location, there's a really cute common area surrounded by a variety of establishments. It's hidden in the back corner. Modern but cozy with plenty of indoor seating, great vibe & outdoor seating when it cooler . The lunch special is fair; good food for around $10 each.

I didn't know what to expect from this sushi spot but I was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide happy hour menu with plenty of different options. The sushi itself was tasty but I loved the edamame, the sauce they use was so good! The vibes of this place give date night but also casual outing with friends. If you're looking for good sushi that won't break the bank, this is the spot!

It's a whole vibe in here at Sushi Vibe! I'm so glad I stopped in for lunch, as they had awesome lunch specials, even on the weekends! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was top notch. I sat at the bar and perused the menu for a bit before deciding on the 3 roll special for $13.95. Yeppp, you read that right! I couldn't believe it myself!! Granted these aren't fancy rolls by any means, but I wasn't feeling fancy, and the rice-to-fish ratio is legit! I didn't have to ask for less rice. Sweet! I ordered the Tootsie Roll, Salmon Roll and the Yellowtail Roll. All 3 were perfection, and the sizes were on point. I was satisfied after I demolished all 3, and I wasn't feeling stuffed like I overdid it. The bar area is pretty, and I like that they have the purse hooks underneath the counter. Every restaurant should have those, lol. The dining room is a good size, and they also offer outdoor dining as well. If you're in the Uptown area in Phoenix, hit up Sushi Vibe in the Uptown Plaza. You'll be glad you did! =)

The sake I had was the Omikaze cold and unfiltered: delicious!, we also had the coconut cold sake. The ambiance is very pleasant, relaxed, the sushi preparation is done facing towards the tables, while the fried items are cooked in the kitchen. The staff in general are helpful and polite, our server especially was attentive, made sure there was no chile in what I ordered - and she took care that any spicy sauces were on the side, so we could share the various sushi orders. We ordered the Super Crunch Shrimp Roll, deep-fried, wrapped in soy paper, with shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, crab stick and eel sauce. My favorite but all are so good it's hard to choose. A nice sashimi of yellowtail and albacore that was fresh, delicious, could've had more: the seaweed garnish was fresh and crunchy. Then the Rainbow roll came looking perfect but it was spicy so I admired it and my friends ate it all. The Kodo roll was also delicious, they kindly put the spicy garlic on the side so I could share with the others, The following review is from my first visit, I somehow thought I had posted it: , oops. Pleasant and efficient, with tables and some comfy banquettes along the side; the sushi station had three - maybe four? - chefs making the rolls and sashimiI while we decided what to order. I was quite impressed by the sashimi, but the whole lunch was delicious. We went around 1pm, so it wasn't crowded which was perfect for enjoying chatting and the food. We ordered sake bombs and for me the cold unfiltered sake: a good choice with deliciously fresh Sashimi, tempura shrimp, the unagi was delicious!, a tuna roll and a platter to share with salmon, the mentioned unagi nigiri and another spicy salmon I couldn't taste because there was chili in it. Definitely coming back !

So many things looked so good on the menu. I also let the server know that I was hungry too lol! They were quick bringing out the food. I belive Dhillon was our server and he was great too. He helped us narrow down our choices. My friend and I shared the coconut chicken curry pot which was flavorful and had a great balance of meat, noodles, etc. Dhillon suggested sharing it as it was a good size and I'm glad we did. We also shared the tofu salad which was nice and flavorful and also the sweet potato rolls and green tea cheese cake. The only suggestion I would make is maybe putting a small bit of vanilla ice cream with the cheesecake instead of whip cream. My friend and I both thought that combo would hit the spot. Oh they also have a happy hour that starts at 9pm too. I think one of out items might have been off thr happy hour. Overall price was reasonable too. I will definitely be back!

The food was actually very good, which makes the experience even more disappointing because the…read moreservice was absolutely horrible. We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.

They even have a little robo-server delivering some dishes. Food: 4-stars - I really enjoyed the carpaccio options they had as well as the shrimp tempura. And the agedashi tofu was not fried at all so it was completely mushy which is not how I expected it. Other than that, the other dishes/options were pretty good. And the gyoza had just the right amount of kick to them. We had both the hamachi crudo and the halibut crudo. They were both delicious, but the hamachi was the standout. Hamachi is usually a little too fishy for me, but this just melted in my mouth and left me wanting more. We also had one of the specials, the 808 roll. It was topped with poke, and we would not let them take the plate until we'd scooped up every little morsel! Cocktails and service were excellent as well. The service- pretty poor. I was sat in the bar at the back but I basically sat there for a good 5 minutes and nothing. I went back up front and asked to sit at the bar and it was still pretty inattentive, especially considering no one else was even seated in the front room at the time. Never got my water refilled, had to flag them down to put in more food, that sorta thing. The vibes- thought the bar was pretty lit and is prob pretty fun during HH. The food- overpriced for what you get and portion size while the fish and flavors being a smidge above average. I left still hungry after getting the gold omakase, bad and buri roll, and hamachi crudo. The hamachi was the best part of the meal but I'd still expect at least 5 pieces for the price. Anyways, this spot will hit the spot if you have a sushi craving. I can't vouch for the drinks but I assume it more than checks the box in that regard judging by the menu, selection, and vibe.
