My go to inari sushi place! My week is not complete without ordering food from here. It has become a staple for me - their inari sushis are delicious and reasonably priced. The quinoa/rice itself is flavourful enough, and add their toppings (which they are quite generous of) to it - makes a pocket of yummy goodness. Service is quite good as well. I normally call to make my order before going to the store - to make sure they have what I want. They used to run out of some types of inari, especially when they were newly opened, but their stock is better now. I still call prior to going to the store though! There's ample parking at the Henderson Place Mall so pick-up is pretty convenient.

This is the most adorable mom-and-pop shop to pick up homemade inaris. The location was a bit hard to find but it's on the first floor of the mall with the entrance next to the parking garage. When you go in, all the available inari is in the case with a bunch of different toppings. I got the spicy salmon, scallop, and spam but the scallop was my favorite. It was creamy and light tasting. The spicy salmon and spam were a bit on the salty side for my preferences.

The hype is real and this is so unique because we do not have this in Chicago. The downfall is the hours of operations. It doesn't give the non locals a chance to try to squeeze it in as a late night. Nonetheless these are some fatties, stuffed and delicious. I love all the variety they have that you can choose from. Not really a sit down restaurant but more of a to go shop, I can imagine that it is busy during lunch. We had to rush here before our dinner reservations because we aren't from the area and really wanted to try this since we were only in Vancouver for 2 days. It was close to closing time and they still had everything on the menu and made it to order. I didn't want to get to full before dinner so I just ate one and it was damn good. Then when we saved it for a late night snack, it hits, still damn good. I wish we have something like this where we live.

Size of these and the amount of toppings in there are so much greater than the GrabnGo chains in downtown. Spicy Tuna - mashed tuna infused with spicy flavor. Very flavorful to pair with the plainer rice. Chopped Scallop - not much flavor from the masago and mayo. Aburi Salmon - I think it would be nice if the salmon was flamed when it was on top of the pouch so that the fat and run into the rice like in oshi sushi. Maybe with some flamed mayo on top too. Right now it seems too plain as the sauce provided doesnt taste much like anything. I like that they torch one side of the inari here. Makes a distinct taste. Definitely will come back here but maybe order more of the spicy tuna.

These inari sushi from are too darn cute. They remind me of takeouts in the basement of huge department malls in Japan, so they really took us back with their flavoursome and filling portions. The secret is their rice cookery. Well seasoned, aromatic from the sesame oil, and blended with little bit of quinoa, moist but not mushy, and you can feel each individual grains. Great texture! Wrapped inside a marinated soy-bean curd, it was naturally a great pairing and full of heartiness and umami. We definitely enjoyed selecting the numerous toppings they offered, including spam, beef teriyaki, eggs, chopped salmon, avocado and shrimp.

This is not the same Sushi Tree located near Glen Street. This a brand new joint opened in the place where Sushi To Go (one of better sushi joints around. You are missed), used to be. This review is for the shop near the entrance of Henderson Mall. Every day I walk by, there is a line of young folks. Originally thought Sushi To Go has reopened, but no. The main stay of this Sushi Tree is their Inari pocket sushis with variety of toppings. They are slightly chilled and can be had in multitude of flavours. My first impression is good. Likely would go back to try some other menu items.

A small inari sushi take out place attached Henderson Mall in Coquitlam. Their inari sushi selection is displayed in the window, most at $2.65 a piece. Many selections to choose from. Their take out boxes fits 3 or 6 pieces. Got these pieces, 3 was enough to get filled. Shrimp Crabmeat Tuna Salad Beef teriyaki Chicken teriyaki Spicy Pork The tofu skin has a nice sweet taste and the filling on top added to the flavor. Looking forward to try some of their favors next time.

Easy quick bite! A great place to pop in and grab a snack or meal The inari pockets are ready to go Sushi Tree is not a sit down shop. But you can buy the inari and sit in Henderson Mall food court They are so colorful and filled with toppings and rice I have tried: - aburi salmon - spicy tuna - spam - beef teriyaki - shrimp - crabmeat The spicy tuna and the spam were my favourites! The teriyaki beef wasn't very flavorful and it was quite chewy. The scallop inari had a fishy smell so it was not appetizing. It was made with bay scallops so it really needs a good sauce to pair with Hopefully they will have more fun and creative inari toppings soon!! Protip: if you are taking these home, try to torch the inari toppings to give it some heat and char !

I'd recommend the aburi or fresh sashimi ones for sure. Other ones were mediocre. They're quite loaded and filling too! Take-out only (no seating or dine-in, I took it to the food court to eat) and it is NOT connected to the mall, it's along the side with their own entrance from the outside. I also like how their rice isn't plain white rice, there's some sort of (maybe quinoa seeds?) mixed in, so it seems healthier. Aburi Salmon ($3.50): Highly recommend Spicy Salmon ($3.50): Good Chopped Scallop ($3.50): Good Crabmeat ($2.65): Okay K-Sweet Chili Chicken ($2.65): Chicken was kind of dry Chopped Salmon ($3.50): Good

First time trying Sushi Tree with my family and it was pretty amazing. Everything looked appetizing in the display and was hard for us to decide which ones we wanted to try! We ended up getting a couple of the chopped scallop, unagi, aburi salmon, beef teriyaki, and shrimp and they were massive! I wasn't a fan of the size of the salmon chunks because they were cut a bit too big for my liking, but other than that, no other complaints! Will definitely have this again when if I'm ever in the area.

Sushi tree is a great place to stop by for quick and delicious sushi. They are so aesthetically pretty and a must try ! There are so many options and flavours to choose from. The corn and scallop is my personal favourite. I definitely will be returning, one of my favourite places to eat :)

Had this on my to try list for awhile now and I finally got around to trying out inari sushi for the first time! I got 2 aburi salmon and 1 chopped scallop and they were very good! They're stuffed with rice and topped with a generous amount of toppings. These are definitely bigger than your normal sushi. Just 3 alone were enough to fill me up. I would definitely get these again when I'm in the area!

Behind the unassuming exterior, Sushi Tree features an assortment of super cute inari sushi served by an amazing staff :) We were very surprised by their huge selection of various topping, including salmon, scallop, crab meat, tempura, and so many more! The salmon one was my favourite. Each one is around $2.65 and stuffed with delicious goodies. The sweetness of the skin really balances out the savoury toppings. Super tasty! The staff was also very nice. They were very friendly from the moment we walked in and super patient with our indecision as we tried to pick out which sushi to try. They even gave us an extra tuna inari to sample for free, which totally made our day! Definitely recommend!! And will definitely revisit this new addition to the Henderson scene.

The donburi looked good with sufficient portion for a strong man. It was tasty, however as I kept eating the soy chicken karaage got more and more salty. Finally I couldn't have anymore. I finished the rice and it was well cooked. I drank two cups of tea after having the donburi. I didn't try other dishes, perhaps I will give them a try when I come here next time. I do hope the chef could make it less salty. Apart from that, service was fine and the ambient was quiet and tidy.

Here's one the daughter and I tried and enjoyed at Mega Sushi back in late-November, that really provided a "wow" factor to our dining experience. But absolutely no regrets, I had some wonderful leftovers come home with me, and sure enjoyed the additional tastes later. From this, and past experiences, I can truly say, Mega Sushi really prepares some tasty bento boxes. An absolute A+ to Chef Keith and Chika for their mastery of perfecting a great omakase experience in the tricities. They are reservations only (and for a good reason!) and this can be done on their new online portal!! by controlling the number of seatings, Chef K and Chika are able to interact and share their craft with patrons in an intimate and personal way. There is no hustle and bustle or fakeness that would otherwise follow some restaurant vibes. There is purely passion for fish, customer service and, of course, metal music! I urge you to dine at the chefs bar and let Chef K tell you his extensive and wonderful background from catering some A list bands, to being on tour, and changing restaurant models all while being fed an amazing feast. The fish is sourced from Japan and screams quality and flavour. He knows exactly what he's doing with all the fish profiles and pairing them with a variety of notes like shiso, yuzu and ginger. Between the 14 unbelievably mouth watering and satisfying dishes, Chef K and Chika's kindness shared the spotlight easily.
