BEST SUSHI IN ELMHURST. We moved here in March and are already weekly regulars with sushi time. Top notch sashimi and rolls at very reasonable prices especially if you do the party trays! Highly recommend Sushi Time!!! read more

Placed on order online at Sush Time and had even gotten a comfirmation email from them that stated the food would be delivered by 6:15pm, order was placed at 5:15pm. Currently 7:10pm and nothing. My wife had contacted them and they stated that first they found the order, then they kept asking for the address, then they claimed they can't find it. When asked to speak to their manager they had hung up. I had check my bank account and saw that the money was removed for 64.46. Tried contacting them back 3 times and they did not answer. Contacted them with another phone and they had answered. Asked for their manager who now claims they had found the order after I had read the charge they had placed on my debit card. All the manager claimed is that we are really busy but would not explain why they kept losing the order. When asked when the food would be delivered his response was I don't know. This had gotten me upset because they had charged my card and didn't even deliver the food. Then the manager had claimed to lose the order again, then find it, then lose it again. The manager did not seem to care at all and then proceeded to inform me that their site https://restadmin.imenu360.com/newui/SushiTime#X is supposedly not working. When I had asked him that you just said you found my order he said yes I have it. Then he had hung up on me after acknowleding that they charged my card. Tried contact them back at 630-279-3388 and they would not answer. Contact my bank to find out that they had charged me at 5:18pm and again at 6:56pm. This resturant is very shady and I just want my money back. Already filed a complant with BBB and contacted my bank to despute the charges against my card. Shame you can't give 0 stars. read more

Delicious sushi, reasonable prices, and I like that they are teamed up with grubhub so I can order online and pickup.

Great restaurant. Food is delicious and staff is friendly and attentive. Note it is not a BYOB restaurant.

My daughter and I love sushi - we tried a variety here and it was frankly inedible - don't know if it was a bad day for the preparers or what the deal was, but everything was middling to nasty tasting - but life's too short and I won't risk giving them a second chance to disappoint - convinced that Elmhurst seems to attract mediocre restaurants read more

I love sushi time. Easily the best sushi restaurant in and around elmhurst. Amazing food and incredible hospitality make it an amazing destination well worth going to. Even if you are not usually a fan of sushi I can assure you that you will enjoy this food and atmosphere. Completely deserves all 5 of these stars. read more

This is our favorite sushi restaurant in elmhurst! The wait staff is always so friendly and nice, we love coming here! The steak fried rice is also amazing if you're not feeling something cold for dinner read more

Excellent quality sushi for a reasonable price! Small interior, not as "upscale" or "intimate" as other spots in town, but a great casual vibe! Staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Eat in or take out - both are great options! read more

great sashimi!! so glad that we now have a go to sushi place in elmhurst. The owner/chef was really friendly and the service was great.

Best sushi ever! I am a huge lover of sushi and I have been to many restaurants featuring sushi. This is hands down the best I have ever had! If I lived in the area, I would be here all the time! I had the Crab Rangoon and the Rock N Shrimp for appetizers. They were amazing! Then my family shared 4 speciality sushi rolls. My favorites were the Rock N Roll and the Rolling Stone, but they were all great! Take your friends, take your family! You will not be disappointed! read more

Now we're talking! Wasn't happy with the sushi places in Addison, so decided to check this place out with my Daughter. So good! Looks like a newer place, very quaint and clean. Sushi is excellent. Very fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. Our new favorite place for Sushi!!! read more

So glad I discovered this on Grub Hub! When you are just craving sushi and don't want to have to run out to get it...good place for west suburbs to take care of the craving! read more

Every time I come to this restaurant I am always greeted with a warm welcome. The customer service here is absolutely fantastic, and the waiters really want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy a nice meal. On top of that, the food is amazing! I've had my fair share of sushi, but this restaurant provides some of the best sushi I have ever eaten. Their ingredients are always fresh, and they will work with you to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. I definitely recommend this restaurant! read more

The sushi here is fantastic! Always fresh, good flavor, and enough fish! But the customer service is very bad: there have been instances of rude employees multiple times, which is totally unacceptable. read more

They have the best Sushi and fish in this area. Food is fresh. Service is great. The place is neat and clean. Definitely I will come again.

Not a full sushi place, they had pot stickers, and other Asian foods rather than solely Japanese. Servie was good, but the wait staff did not know any specifics and had to keep going back to the chef. Sashimi cuts were good, dragon roll was too saucy, and had to pay extra for real crab meat. Disappointed. read more

Sushi Nest has really good sushi, it's definitely the best in town. We dine in and get take out - great experiences with both. Love the Winter roll with avocado, Red dragon roll and spicy tuna- delish! read more

I have updated our review. The Manager very promptly contacted us to make right our order. Although I haven't yet responded, again, it's the fact that he did reach out. Thanks so much, Sushi Time! read more

First and last time here, considered the place after our favorite place Sakana Japanese Fusion was closed, we were welcomed here and told they were about to close in 30 min rushed us to order our drinks, another group of people came in and they were pretty much told they were to close in 20 min and as long as they leave by 9:10. I have not yet tried the food but with this service I don't really care too we are not coming back. read more

Sushi was decent. They forgot part of my carry out order which I did not notice until I got home. I did not feel like going back, so I called. After some back and forth, I was told that they made a note and the item would be "free" the next time I came in. This is great news considering I paid for it and they never gave it to me. read more

The best sushi in Elmhurst! The fish is super fresh and everything is delicious. The owners are very nice as well. The only thing we hate are the giant HD TVs they have plastered all over the walls where they constantly display Football or some other sport. I'm sorry but a sushi restaurant is not the place for this and they are quite distracting! But, we still come back for the sushi. read more

We love Sushi Time! The rolls are always fresh & delicious. The stir fry is wonderful. Mike, the owner always comes over to say, "Hello". Highly recommend Sushi Time in Elmhurst. read more

I spend way too much money here, but why not? It's healthy, fresh and delicious. They are more than willing to accommodate my avocado sensitivity, and switch it out for something else in my rolls. The owner Mike is very personable, and the sushi chefs are very friendly too. Be aware that your tip does NOT get shared with the sushi chefs. If you want to tip the sushi chefs then put some money in their tip jar directly. I did not find this out until after frequenting this place for quite a while. The young blonde girl who is at the phone is knowledgeable about the menu. The two Asian waitresses are great. There are 2 younger servers- one male with a beard, and one female with short curly hair. They are nice enough but not very knowledgeable about the menu- what is in the rolls, what is in the specials ( since the board is at the entrance and you can not see it from the inside of the restaurant) and not attentive to water glasses, and basically they just set the food on the table..why should they get all the tip? We now basically split the tip between the server and the sushi guys. The place is very clean and bright and Mike the owner did a nice job remodeling it since he opened. There are Monday- Sat lunch deals, and there are a couple of other deals on Monday and Tuesday. They also have specialty rolls that rotate- the board is located right when you walk through the first door. They do close from 3-4 I think so that the chefs can eat...you can still finish your meal however if you happen to be eating still. They guys just need a break between the lunch and dinner crowds. read more
