I haven't had the sushi here in a while..but I've gotten the spicy salmon poke bowl and it's pretty good. It's not the usual cubed raw salmon, but pretty much the sliced salmon they put in your sushi that's marinated already in spicy mayo. It's a quick lunch place to grab something for your meal at your desk. Prices are decent- much cheaper than roche brothers and avana. I've come back twice already. It is a bit stressful though if you aren't sure what you want, they are ready to get your order!

Honestly super yummy: great flavor and huge portions with diverse options. Lunch Bento box is the most worth it since it comes with various sides. In terms of flavor and quality, it's definitely a five star rating and it would've been a 5-star overall except I found some hair in the rice and promptly lost my appetite. Really unfortunate.

I am so addicted to this place. I found out that they have been there for 18 years! Say what!? How do I not know? I only learned this hidden gem from Yelp and I am so glad I did. The prices are affordable and service was quick. Been back three times already and always a happy camper. Yes, no hair included with meal. ‍

Don't judge a book by its cover. Yes, it's food court sushi. No, that doesn't sound appetizing. Yes, I did a fair amount of googling for peace of mind regarding quality and freshness because no one wants to wake up in the middle of the night having to play the "which end is it going to come out first" game. I'm reserving one star until tomorrow at which point I will be able to speak with absolute authority on that topic. First impressions, though? Food court sushi for the win! I've been having all these weird cravings lately for random things that I haven't had in a while. It started with carbonara and now I'm onto tuna poke bowls. Went onto Ritual and ordered up a spicy tuna don and the perfect match appetizer. Unexpected toppings on the spicy tuna don made it a really perfect bite. It had edamame and spicy pickles, and if you are like me, and you love pickles and you love tuna but you are questioning, "do these things actually go together"...well, THEY DO. Super generous portion at $14.00. You are more than getting what you are paying for. The Perfect Match appetizer features salmon, tuna, cucumber and avocado mixed with spicy mayo and topped with citric tobiko (fish eggs). I tasted a hint of strawberry and it was just this fresh, yummy smack of umami and I loved it. I hope I love it as much tomorrow. Staff was super friendly. No one put any hair in my food (I checked since previous Yelp reviews got me all paranoid) on purpose or by accident. Also, that little kitchen was glistening in terms of cleanliness. Color me impressed, Sushi Time. Update 3/26/19: Freshness and quality control confirmed! Had no digestive issues and so I'm sure that what I received from them was every bit as fresh as it tasted.

I sadly have to downgrade Sushi Time to three stars :(. While the service remains friendly, the size of the sushi/sashimi has shrunken! Smaller than normal sizes on a variety of sushi/sashimi today. Does not bode well for future patronage.

So. Effing. Good. I hate the Corner Mall. HATE. So when I was told that the best sushi in DTX could be found within I was skeptical but Yelp seemed to agree. Hmm On my first visit I tried a few pre-made item. Veggie California, avocado roll, and miso soup. My companion ordered a Philadelphia roll and shrimp maki. We had a TON of food and all was delicious. The miso soup is super good and balances the salty miso out well. All rolls were delicious but the stand out was the Philadelphia roll. So yummy. Since then I have been back three times and every time I have been pleased. Even though this is in the Corner Mall and every time I go in I feel like I die a little I love this little place. It absolutely blows Samurai Eatery out of the water on price and value. Risk the panic attack and add this to your lunch rotation.

I was hungry after shopping in Boston so I decided to try this place out! The place is clean and everyone was friendly. I got the torched tuna maki and it tasted as good as it sounds. I would definitely come again.

Sweet little place in food court. Vegetarian options available. Tasted great along with soya sauce. Inari leaned towards the sweeter side but went well with the sushi. Recommended!

My co workers and I used frequent sushi time almost 2-3 times a week because of their efficiency and great customer service. But things took a SERIOUS left today. We decided to try something new outside of sushi and we got bento boxes. Bento box #1. My food was contaminated with none other than a ROACH. I was so appalled. I will not be returning. We returned to the location, they quickly refunded me but it seemed like they were trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible so the other patrons wouldn't hear what was going on. All three uneaten boxes and got refunded but at that point I wasn't concerned about the money..

First time getting sushi from this place and I found hair in their salmon roll... So disgusting.

I'm not a super fan of sushi so I decided to get Japanese Katsu curry instead. It was perfect. I could divide it into two yummy meals.

Now let's talk food -- because Zaku lets you choose your own experience. If you want to keep it simple, grab some sushi. If you want to take it up a notch, go for sushi and combo plates. If you're in the mood for something hearty, the entrée options deliver. They also offer wine, beer, and other spirits, so you really get to decide how you want to take flight. We ordered a variety: orange chicken with rice, a combo platter filled with everything from edamame to octopus, and I enjoyed shrimp tempura maki with bibimbap (they kindly removed the beef for me), plus miso soup and a Sprite. Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. The space is cozy yet lively, giving you room to relax and enjoy your meal. The menu is robust -- so many choices my guests had trouble deciding! Zaku gave great food, great service, and a great experience. I'll absolutely be back.

Extremely fresh fish with generous portions in a casual, underground space…read more I think this is a reasonably priced establishment for the level of fish (phenomenal) and service (reasonable and attentive, but not like a fancier sit down restaurant) that you get. I am always surprised at how full I am when I leave! I'm stuffed every time. There is complementary miso soup with all of the bowls I've tried, outlined below. I really loved all of the bowls I've tried but my favorites are probably the Sake Aisuru Don and Kuromon Don. I just prefer more salmon to more tuna though, and they're all very good! Food: - Sake Aisuru Don: their classic all-salmon bowl! I loved the larger cuts of salmon, and I was pleasantly surprised that even the more pulverized salmon was flavorful! - Kuromon Don: loved the yellowtail in this! Each fish comes with two pieces (except the mackerel for which there are four), and I liked the sampler style for the salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and izumidai. - Maguro Toro Don: so much tuna! And all such high quality. The otoro was so fatty that it practically melted in my mouth without chewing. - Sake Maguro Hamachi Don: a mix of salmon, blue fin tuna, and yellowtail. I liked the yellowtail in this a lot and found that it stood out the most from the other two fish in this particular bowl!

It was adequately busy but still had seats open. The lunch menu is very affordable! If you can, I'd highly recommend going for lunch instead of dinner. Service was really quick! Received my meal in like 5-7 mins after ordering. Fish was super fresh and I really liked the different textures in the Hoseki Don. I also added in negitoro. They gave me a big clump of it! The second time I went back, I ordered take out so I could eat it at the airport for dinner. I ordered the Sake Maguro Hamachi don, added ikura and negitoro. Again, so impressed with the quality of the fish and the size of it. They didn't skimp out and really enjoyed the thickness of the sashimi despite it only being 3 pieces. It was a very satiating bowl. Cant wait to come back next time again!
