Our chef removed our soup and salad bowls, which were then removed by the other parties server. Our food was good, and very filling. We had enough for leftovers. Our visit took an additional left turn when we received the bill. Our total was as expected, until we saw an additional 15% added to the bill by hand. We inquired what the fee was for. We were told it was because the bill was over $100 dollars, and was a tip for the chef. We asked to see this written on the menu. It could not be shown and was removed from our bill.
