Gyoza is practically melt in your mouth the katsu has a very good tangy sauce to pair with the white rice and panko breading miso soup is very good salty and umami I have zero complaints! Service is amazing the waiter is usually at the front desk sometimes cutting up fish for sushi and sashimi and I have no doubts you will be seated immediately. Food comes out quickly and insanely fresh sometimes even sizzling, if you go up to the front desk the waiter is willing to take extra orders there. Everybody is nice respectful and calm. In terms of atmosphere there isn't much better It's not very busy and when it is there is only about three groups and nobody has ever been loud or disrespectful. It's very calm and a good place to kickback relax and enjoy some delicious food. This place is truly a hidden gem I don't think I'll find something like it again!

I am so happy we found Mandarin Cuisine...I think this could become our regular Asian food spot! I can't wait to eat in the restaurant. I often passed by this place and always wanted to try it. The online ordering process was super simple, had no problem at all. I actually called to place the order, but was told that for delivery I had to order online. I asked if this was going to be like an Uber Eats delivery and would cost an astronomical amount of money. I was told that it was their own delivery; however, it was not. It was Door Dash. The tax and fees came to over $17, but it honestly was well worth it! Now we know for next time. Unfortunately, whenever restaurants charge a high delivery fee, the delivery person doesn't get as much of a tip (the delivery fee was $6.99! I would like to know if the delivery person gets any of this?) Anyway, I ordered a combination sushi/sashimi entree which was huge! It had 16 pieces and kne tuna roll (24 pieces altogether.) The entree included miso soup and a salad with ginger dressing. I also got a Nigiri sushi...the Flying Fish Roe. It had 2 enormous Nigiri pieces of roe wrapped in seaweed as well as an 8 piece sushi roll (I think it was salmon and avocado, not sure because I wasn't expecting it!) Every single thing I ordered was incredible!! Sooo fresh that it tasted like it was just caught. I think it was the best sushi I've ever eaten. This was the first time I've tried the Nigiri sushi. I cannot wait to order it again! I still get confused and am unsure of which is sashimi, which is sushi and the Nigiri sushi was new to me. I can't wait to try every item on the Japanese menu! This is an Asian fusion restaurant, so they also have a full Chinese menu including Szechuan, Cantonese and Mandarin styles. There are also Thai dishes. On Mondays, they offer an all- you- can-eat sushi buffet (the sashimi buffet is priced slightly higher.) Reading the Chinese menu, I noticed they make unique dishes, not the same stuff that you see at every Chinese restaurant. Just reading the menu was making my mouth water! I totally enjoyed everything I ordered ...it was superb. I feel like I was in Asian fusion heaven. Can't wait for more!!

I figured our experience would be positive since the restaurants are under the same ownership. Sonny is a great guy and every time I interact with him he is happy and up beat. No Sonny this time but our experience was still great. We ordered an egg roll, small pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, and an egg drop wonton soup (yes you read the last part correctly and it's great (upon request)). There isn't really any place to sit and eat in the restaurant so I'd consider them strictly take out (they also do not deliver). Inside the restaurant itself is small and very We were told 10 minutes for pick up by the time we ordered and it was ready in 10 minutes. The total came to slightly over $30 and was well worth it. Food was hot. It all tasted delicious. Portions were very generous. I had Mongolian beef leftovers for 2 consecutive days after eating that night and the pork fried rice was protruding out of the top of the container and the lid barely closed. The Mongolian beef was loaded with green onions (one of my favorites), the beef was tender, and it was spicy! The dish came with plenty of white rice which also lasted me through the next day. The pork fried rice was a beautiful golden-brown and flavorful. The wontons were tasty and perfectly cooked. I've actually never heard of combining egg drop and wonton soup but my girlfriend loves it and King Wong does it upon request. Our order came with 3 fortune cookies, a bag of fried noodles, and the sauces (duck, soy, hot mustard, hot sauce) were next to the counter to take yourself. There is plenty of parking as it's located in a strip mall with other businesses. Our experience was very good and my girlfriend orders from here often. We'll definitely be back again.
