This was our first time trying out Mandarin Cuisine. We were in the mood for sushi and did a search for places near us that would deliver. I am so happy we found Mandarin Cuisine...I think this could become our regular Asian food spot! I can't wait to eat in the restaurant. I often passed by this place and always wanted to try it. The online ordering process was super simple, had no problem at all. I actually called to place the order, but was told that for delivery I had to order online. I asked if this was going to be like an Uber Eats delivery and would cost an astronomical amount of money. I was told that it was their own delivery; however, it was not. It was Door Dash. The tax and fees came to over $17, but it honestly was well worth it! Now we know for next time. Unfortunately, whenever restaurants charge a high delivery fee, the delivery person doesn't get as much of a tip (the delivery fee was $6.99! I would like to know if the delivery person gets any of this?) Anyway, I ordered a combination sushi/sashimi entree which was huge! It had 16 pieces and kne tuna roll (24 pieces altogether.) The entree included miso soup and a salad with ginger dressing. I also got a Nigiri sushi...the Flying Fish Roe. It had 2 enormous Nigiri pieces of roe wrapped in seaweed as well as an 8 piece sushi roll (I think it was salmon and avocado, not sure because I wasn't expecting it!) Every single thing I ordered was incredible!! Sooo fresh that it tasted like it was just caught. I think it was the best sushi I've ever eaten. This was the first time I've tried the Nigiri sushi. I cannot wait to order it again! I still get confused and am unsure of which is sashimi, which is sushi and the Nigiri sushi was new to me. I can't wait to try every item on the Japanese menu! This is an Asian fusion restaurant, so they also have a full Chinese menu including Szechuan, Cantonese and Mandarin styles. There are also Thai dishes. On Mondays, they offer an all- you- can-eat sushi buffet (the sashimi buffet is priced slightly higher.) Reading the Chinese menu, I noticed they make unique dishes, not the same stuff that you see at every Chinese restaurant. Just reading the menu was making my mouth water! I totally enjoyed everything I ordered ...it was superb. I feel like I was in Asian fusion heaven. Can't wait for more!! read more

food is delicious every time!! Love the chicken and broccoli meal. Portion size and price great!

The food is always good, 2nd time we got food there. Service is great, very friendly.

Every now and again I order take out from here. Pretty good but not the best. On this lazy snowy Sunday I wanted something close. I prefer dining in like RM has, I love their decor too. The Walnut Chicken was dreamy! I never had a version that included (diced) apples like this one - very good! J had General Tso's - his go to. Very good - not greasy as some other places. I'm glad we went - much better than I recall. The downside? The water tastes like 7 Up. read more

We ordered golden sesame chicken and sushi. All food was delicious. Ordered online and order was ready on time, friendly staff.

Sweet and sour chicken was decent. Pork fried rice was kinda dry and hard also a little too salty. Wonton soup was ok. Pork lo mein is ok just not what I'm used to so I'll keep looking around. read more

Great food, first time using delivery, quick and efficient. Food was just the way it was ordered.

My first time going to this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. They seemed to get a lot of takeout traffic and I was one of them. The ambience inside was nice and dim and quiet. Great if you're on a date. I had sushi and shrimp fried rice and the steak. The steak was nicely seasoned. The fried rice had lots of shrimp and I can always appreciated not seeing veins in my shrimp. Always love a restaurant that cares enough to give you deveined shrimp in your rice. The customer service was good too. They seemed to have a mix up with an order but to action to resolve quickly. I'll def order from here again. Next time I'll post pictures because I ate it before thinking of that. read more

Food was good prices are good I got the wrong ribs. Sushi was really good. I'd probably order again. Just bumped out, wanted boneless ribs.

The food was ready upon arrival and filled with accuracy. Good portions with great flavor!

Food tastes sooo great! I asked for 2 customized requests via online order with my dishes and they paid attention to the detail! One of which was swapping the meat on a sushi roll which hardly ever happens so I didn't expect it to but they did! Thank you so much to them for adding the extra touch and paying attention! That on top of great food means this is now a favorite place! read more

Really enjoyed our take out Friday night dinner with Mandarin cuisine! The menu is extensive with so many delicious options! We got our favorites, Sweet and sour chicken, Chicken with Cashew nuts, General Tsos chicken, and Plain lo mein. Everything was delicious, and dinner came with little bags holding all the sauces and a teabag, and of course the fortune cookies. Loads of food, was more the enough for 4 or 5 people and had leftovers. Can't wait to try something different next time. read more

We've been living in the area for 17 years and just discovered Mandarin Cuisine. Our first visit was inside and we had the whole place to ourselves. Very quaint and the owner was pleasant. We had sushi and it was fresh and tasty. Our next visit was takeout and we ordered Shrimp Pad Tai and House Special Mei Fun. It was all delicious. Would highly recommend to eat in or take out. read more

Orange chicken had almost as much orange peel in it as chicken. Pork egg foo young gravy was way too salty. Lo mein was just ok. Wished it was better as it's close to our neighborhood. read more

Our favorite go-to local Chinese place. Love their chicken and broccoli, lo mein, fried rice, and so many other things. Yum!

It's been a really long time since I've had anyrhing from here but I was passing by and decided to grab a few rolls. Size wise these rolls are really big. It didn't look like some of it was fresh but I figured what the heck I already paid for it. Owner on the phone really rushes you through your order as well as inside. 3 stars because the rolls are big. Otherwise it'd be a 1. read more

This was our spot after moving to the area- my sister recommended. Good Chinese, not so good sushi. But decent. Until I found a bug in our food. I immediately called and was screamed at by the owner to bring it all back or "it never happened". Why he would want the food with a bug in it is beyond me. I told him I would take a picture and show it but that the food was going down the garbage disposal and the packaging our to my trash bin. He screamed like a lunatic. Never again! read more

I used to frequent this restaurant with my family all the time growing up. So not having been here in years, I decided to try it again with my bf when we were recently craving Chinese. The inside looks nearly the same from when I used to come, booths & tables in a big dining room & nice decorative decor. The only thing they've added is a small sushi bar. Upon sitting down we were quickly greeted and provided water & a bowl of those fried noodles with duck sauce. We were also offered hot tea, which we gladly accepted. The menu is big and has all your typical Chinese & also sushi dishes. We started with the Crab Meat Puffs appetizer (this is called Crab Rangoon elsewhere). There's were just ok... the flavor was good, but just felt like there could've been more filling inside. It looked like maybe the wonton wrappers weren't sealed good enough before frying, and it all leaked out in the fryer. For entrees I ordered the General Tso chicken dinner platter which came with an egg roll, and my bf ordered the Alaska King Crabmeat roll. We both enjoyed our dinners (my bf also enjoyed what I couldn't finish of my plate). Some other reviews said the General Tso chicken was chewy, which is the opposite of what I had. My chicken was tender, not overly cooked, & perfectly seasoned. The fried rice was also so full of flavor, and had lots of veggies & meat in it. The egg roll was perfectly crunchy, and I loved that it came with the dinner entree! I can't speak to the portion size for dining in vs. ordering takeout, as this was our first visit. But even if my entree was less than what I would've gotten if doing takeout, it was still more than enough food for me (and I usually eat a lot!). Like I said, my bf was still a bit hungry after eating his sushi roll, so he finished off my platter and was satisfied. Our waitress was nice, and service was fast upon first sitting down, but it took us a while once we finished to get the check. The only real negative I can comment on is the teapot we were brought was dirty on the outside. Looks like they just refill it for every new guest, without washing it first. Kind of gross. Overall though a great local place, that I will definitely be back to. Maybe next time will order take-out to compare portion sizes. read more

Food is always good here, this is my go to restaurant for Japanese and Chinese food. Definitely recommend it!

The food is great tasting with fresh ingredient. the best Chinese resturant in the area!

Tonight we ordered egg rolls, Won-Ton soup, Grand Marnier Shrimp, Shrimp Egg Foo Yung and everything as "off the charts" e.g. EXCELLENT. Owner/Chefs Michael and Sookey (forgive my spelling) are the best and they serve the very best. If you have not made this your "go to" restaurant yet, it is time to make that move NOW! Enjoy!!! read more

This was my first time ordering from here and my first time ordering a vegetarian dish. I had the Black Mushrooms with broccoli. DELICIOUS!!!! It had mushrooms galore and the perfect amount of broccoli. It was also ready to go by the time I arrived which was probably only 15 minutes after ordering. I will definitely be back soon and with coworkers. read more
