Kani kappa salad. Imitation crab meat, sliced cucumbers, spicy mayo dressing, and Tobiko eggs

Finally open for in door dining! Food was delicious! The kani salad was delicious and sushi was super fresh. So happy to sit down and enjoy a meal there.

California rolls on the left, spicy tuna top right and alaskan roll bottom right

So excited to find this gem. I am a big sushi lover and having this place less then five minutes away is seriously gold. The food was excellent and the staff is very nice and friendly. I guess since it's in the colder months they also offer you hot tea when they bring you water which is a very nice touch in my opinion. Cute little place that I will definitely be back to visit often.

Don't order the pad Thai. It was an eggy mess. Just stick to sushi! They only accept cc for orders over $15 which is an inconvenience since its lunch time. Terrible lunch

There were literally live bugs in my tuna roll. I implore you not to order from here. Would give it zero stars if I could.

A little pricey but consistently good food. I have never eaten inside; I have only done take out.

You can tell that it's a good ramen place when the pork is soft and tender, the broth isn't too salty or greasy and the drink isn't too sweet. We ordered tonkatsu ramen and a taro bubble tea. Literally a perfect balance with everything!

Something new, something you'd usually only find in a city. The sushi and the ramen here are both really great. Is it five-star sushi? No, of course not. I'm sure it's not fresh off the boat and being sliced up by a master sushi chef with years of training. But it is good, and they offer a lot of unique rolls. My personal favorite is the Four Seasons roll. The only bummer right now is that they don't offer a brown rice option. This spot is not even a block away from the gym, and I feel like having lighter options like that would go a long way for people looking for a good post-workout meal. My go-to here is the tonkotsu ramen, it's my favorite. My family loves the udon soups, but I personally stick with the ramen. They also offer soba noodles, which I haven't tried yet. And somehow, I still haven't tried any of the slushes or teas. I've had drinks like that before, but since I usually come here trying to keep things on the lighter side, I haven't fully committed to the calorie hit. That said, they're clearly the most popular item, they're front and center on the menu, and almost every table has one. Taro milk tea has always been my favorite in the past, but that cocoa mango is definitely calling my name... maybe in the spring. I also have to mention the ambiance: it's really nice. The space is clean, well-lit, and plays peaceful music. It's not overly loud, which I really appreciate. Of course, it gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights, but honestly, that's a good sign. I hope they stay busy, it means we keep getting quality ingredients and a great new spot in town.

Our absolute favorite is the chirashi bowl, so fresh and delicious. We always eat it wrapped in nori (seaweed), which makes it even better. The shrimp tempura udon is another must: light and flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and perfectly fried shrimp that are fresh and a great size. Honestly, everything here is amazing! you really can't go wrong. The service is excellent, very attentive and friendly. It does get busy on weekends, so I recommend calling ahead for a reservation. Perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner if you're looking for something truly authentic.

PRO: I will say, if you want a place where you can sit and have a conversation, dark mood lighting (especially forgiving if the last time you saw each other alot was 20 years ago! - LOL), Sagami is an excellent choice. PRO: They don't rush you out - take your time. It was a Thursday night, so not especially busy when we came at 6:30 PM. CON: I could not find an updated menu online - I'm one of those people who like to peruse a menu in advance. I started with a vegetable tempura appetizer ($10) - excellent, light, airy, tasty. My main was the dragon roll - very tasty. Service was quite nice. Appetizers came out almost immediately, the rolls took a lot longer to get to our table. This is the kind of place where you're not paying to fill up your belly - but if you do, expect to shell out some bucks.

It's the usual center city parking situation - try your luck with street parking or park in one of the decks. This place is pretty low key but way more spacious that it looks from the outside. It's relatively "no frills" when it comes to vibe as service, very casual - definitely not fine dining, lighting is a little harsh. We got the Love boat for 2 - which comes with one miso soup and one salad (so hopefully you're willing to share or maybe one of you only wants soup and the other wants salad). The boat was ok - didn't really hit the spot in the way that I had hoped. Karaoke rooms are open and pretty loud but they sound fun. Maybe I'll come back and check those out but I likely won't be back otherwise.

I had the rainbow roll because it had a BOGO offer, making 2 rolls only $16. However, the rolls were SMALL and basically just a California roll with a tiny sliver of fish on top. Two was the perfect amount for me and I don't eat that much, so I would've been quite upset if I'd paid over $30 for that. Aside from the price and size, it wasn't very good. There wasn't much imitation crab inside (which is relatively inexpensive anyways) and the fish on top wasn't very fresh so I ended up taking it off. The salmon sashimi pieces were also half cooked? Super weird... Maybe the food would be better in person, or if I didn't order sushi for takeout, but I probably won't be coming back here :(
