For sushi aficionados, welcome home. This tiny gem is in a parking lot and seats max 15 people in the whole place. Service was fantastic, with an attentive sommelier pouring a wine pairing with each plate. Each bite was melt in your mouth delicious. A proper omakase experience. Highly recommend. Diners beware, the 90210 price tag is a hefty one.

This was my second time at Sushi Note Omakase in Beverly Hills, and I've also been to the original Sherman Oaks location three times for omakase, but I have to say, I prefer the Beverly Hills omakase a bit more (keep in mind the Beverly Hills location is a pricier omakase than the Sherman Oaks location, but it's also a different vibe all together). The vibe here feels a bit more intimate, making it perfect for a special occasion. The service is fantastic, warm, attentive, and they remember the little details. The friend that was dining with me had been here before, and the staff recalled that she did a sake pairing on her last visit. Even though they don't usually offer it, they mentioned it and made it happen, which was such a thoughtful touch. As for the sushi... absolutely incredible. My personal favorites were: * Chutoro - perfectly balanced richness. So buttery. * Shiro ebi with caviar - definitely the best caviar I've ever had. We got a second order of this one. * Hotate - melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The music selection is immaculate -- it really enhances the whole experience without being overbearing. We even asked Chef Earl for his playlist on Spotify so we could listen at home and he happily shared it. Overall, Sushi Note Omakase in Beverly Hills delivers an elevated yet welcoming omakase experience. It's everything you want for a date night, celebration, or just when you're craving top-tier sushi with exceptional service.

This sushi bar is located in the valet parking area of where the Cartier is currently housed. Its a small place that probably holds around 16 customers per seating. Its quaint, nicely decorated and I like the ambiance a lot. Sevice was impeccable, everyone is truly amazing from the front of the house to the Sommelier and the sushi chef that served the food. The sushi was amazing and literally so good, I am not a chu-toro nor a o-toro fan but I was a fan of theirs. Soooo good, everything was really fresh and truly an experience to eat each and everyone of the sushi presented to us. We sat at the bar and that was really fun as we had awesome conversation with the chefs and was able to get more information on the sushi we were eating. If you do go, I recommend the bar. Also, to reply about the over wasabi that people have said, I honestly did not have that issue whatsoever but I can say that they use fresh wasabi and not the powder type that gets turned into wasabi paste, maybe that fresh taste comes off as being too strong. Nevertheless, i will say that on our dining experience we didn't have that issue at all. I truly appreciated the amount given and the salt added on the dish that needed it. Why only a 4*? I think for the money we pay, it was definitely not enough food to keep you full. I normally never leave a place hungry specially after paying 500 dollars but in this instance I left the place a bit hungry not a lot but a bit :) ... also the fact that the appetizers where counted as 1 course each was disappointing coz I would count that as 1 even though there were 3 dishes in the plate. With this said, If you have an extra 500, it's an experience to try.

My friend took me here for a celebration and the place was cute. It's a little hidden gem located in the valet parking lot. The ambiance was nice with cute decor and nice playlist of music. The place is small and seats about 14 people only. The food was just ok. Nothing really grabbed my taste bud. The cod was the best thing I had. The service was good but I did not like how you could not see the list of the 20 food items of your experience or the chefs explain where the food came from. The servers explained each item instead. This experience was cool but Scratch by Sushi is better. A lot of the food did not have much flavor and some items were very chewy.

Let's start off with the staff. Everyone was a delight! From the hostess to the sommeliers Jon and Sean (apologies if i spelled it incorrectly) to our chef Chris. They made our anniversary an even better celebration with their attention to detail and amazing knowledge of the wines and fish being served. Thank you to everyone who made our night an even more magical night! The restaurant itself creates an intimate experience, almost as though you've gone over to a friend's house for dinner. We definitely enjoyed the Chef's counter and so glad we went with that option. We were in our own world really. I admired how they incorporated family photos of the executive chef's life, it gave it a whole other level of hominess. On to the food, which was my absolute favorite part of the night. I was skeptical about not being able to choose what I'd be eating but I truly fell in love with every dish. Throughout the 20 course meal, we continued to say "this was my favorite" but the next course soon became the new favorite. My partner is very delicate when it comes to that fishy taste, but everything was so fresh he could not stop talking about the fish. A must try, in my book and we will definitely be back. Thank you Sushi Note!

Located at the parking level of the Rodeo Dr plaza. Once you pull in the restaurant is located next to the valet. Did not opt for wine pairing. Had a Pilsner and Sara Sara unfiltered sake. If you like jasmine than the Pilsner worth a try with a nice hint of jasmine finish. Sale is not as cloudy as your typical unfiltered. I like mines a bit more cloudy and found this one kind of caught in between. I would opt for the dry instead with a cleaner finish. Bar seating is limited and only 4 seats. If you can probably try to get a bar seat. Meal is pace nicely and chef goes into detail explaining each piece. 3/4 pieces was aged fish which offer more melt in you mouth and tenderness. Couple of highlights definitely was a marinated brandy mackerel it's got little bitter. Some might hate it, but I found it interesting and never had it before. Quite a different take. Baby shrimp was a mother great piece with zero sauce. Enjoy the ingredients nothing else. Uni is always great. If I had to say I find it sort of a cross between sushi zo and enya with little more modern take. Finish in-house gelato made with rice vinegar they use for their rice. It's worth trying if you're a sushi lover especially if you don't want to drive all the way to Sherman Oaks for their original location.

10/10 experience. Service was excellent, and the whole evening was thoughtful and well put together. We loved sitting at the bar and learning from the chef. We will definitely be back.

I thought a lot about this review before posting it. TLDR: great service, but food is not worth the price. Positives: The service here was impeccable - very nice, friendly, and the level of service you would expect from a restaurant like this. Additionally, the food presentation was done very well, and the last 3 savory items were the few items I loved: uni, wagyu, and torotaku. Where this place fell short for me was the food - nearly everything on the menu was lacking flavor, the opposite of what you should get for this price ($190/person before tax and tip). I've been to numerous omakase sushi restaurants at lesser, equal, and higher price ranges and this was by far my least favorable experience - this was the only omakase sushi experience I've walked away from feeling disappointed. Starting with the amuse-bouche course to the last course, flavor lacked and the fish was less tender/soft/melting than I've experienced with sushi at this price range. Overall, the fish lacked flavor - both the fish itself and the sauce/toppings that were added. Particularly the hotate, which is typically my favorite - it was a bit tough and the hotate itself didn't have flavor and the toppings hardly added any taste. I wanted to love this restaurant, especially since I came here for a special occasion, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place to friends, family, or the Yelp community. Additionally, it is odd to me that this place touts being on Rodeo Drive, but it's underground inside a parking garage. It is a very nice parking garage, but not necessarily where I want to eat an expensive meal in Beverly Hills. Lastly, when I was seated, there were 2 open seats at the bar so I asked if it was available and if I could sit there; 2 other couples also subsequently asked, but we were all separately declined. However, those 2 seats remained empty the entire time which was even more odd since the pricing for the dining room and bar are the same, and it's a 14 seat restaurant where we can all see the empty seats. Lastly, you have to pay the tip when you make the reservation, before you experience anything which is something I haven't seen before.

Super fresh sushi Omakase . Service was great. They have a wide variety of sake by the bottle ranges from $120 to over $500 +. It is a very small place located inside the rodeo collection by the valet underground. They have about less than 20 people sitting at a time. It is the same as the sushi note in Sherman oaks. Chef Kiminobu Saito was there we went on a Saturday night. Super nice and friendly. He came out and spoke to his diners after the service. It wasn't cheap but worth it. I definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I think the vibe is completely off with this type of food, and I think it's hurting their customer base (I.e, there's a sports watching day, and live DJ?, but the food is definitely more for upscale vibes). I also didn't know they have a rotating menu with different chefs, so when I came in craving for something like steak frites and find out the don't have it even though their sample menu lists it on their website, it kind of throws my mood a little. Moreover, their wine list is not extensive considering it's a wine bar, and wine mentioned in their name :) Anyways I've digressed. With this special menu, I ordered the scallop tostada and maitake taco. The scallops were very fresh, and it was a very well balanced dish. I would totally order this again! The maitake mushroom was exploding with flavors, though I find the sauce a little too salty for my taste. If I came here just for food, I'd come back and try new things!

I was also able to play some of my old French records on their record player on the later side with was fun! On a side note: also came here in the morning during a previous visit and had the biscuits and gravy, which were also very awesome. The decor blends spartan industrial chic with dark wood accents that tempter what might be a cold environment, making it inviting and comfortable. Our server, Diego, got right to us, answered menu questions with good humor, and convinced the chef to make my wife a dinner-time dish when he discovered her first selection had run out. Bread service (on request) was artisan sourdough, hot from the oven, served with rich butter and a tiny mound of salt. Simple and very tasty. My wife's Cacio e Pepe was, by her estimation, the very best she's ever had. The al dente pasta was coated in a sharp Parmesan that was keenly offset by the sweetness of a Tomato Jam served on the side. A very well-balanced and satisfying bite. For example, if you ask for easy rice on the sushi, they will say no. If you ask for them to put the avocado on the side due to an allergy of one member of the group, they will say no. Our items came out SUPER slow, and this was after waiting a while for a table. The sushi is subpar - heavy on the rice and not enough fish. However, the coconut shrimp roll was good.
