The squid was tender and not chewy like it can sometimes get when fried. I also tried one of their specialty items the last time I went, the yuzu hotachi. This was scallop and yellowtail with asparagus, garlic, micro cilantro greens, on a bed of this delicious yuzu creme brulee aioli sauce. The sauce was like nothing I've ever had before with the perfect amount of sweet and umami flavors. My goodness, this dish was so good, I could've eaten this all day. Overall, your bill can add up pretty quickly here, but it's a pretty solid sushi joint in this area.
