Heat was ok, flavor is crazy delicious. The salad is fresh, crisp tossed in a very nice Chef Crafted dressing. I also ordered a #5 Spicy Mayu Tokotsu Ramen to go, Service 5/5 Tonight just like my last visit was great. It was 4:40 pm and the restaurant wasn't as busy this hour. I had several people checking in with me. Loved that "whomever was available" checking in. Atmosphere Who cares, It's all about the food here. Don't get hung up on atmosphere, decor or you'll miss the best Ramen in Arizona. Why did Daruma Ramen make Yelp's Top 100 in the US? Because the Woman owner Rie is a Great Chef.
