Been going there for a ver long time now and have met some of the best servers you'll ever meet anywhere! Food is always good and you meet other regulars that you strike up friendships with over time. The diverse groups of customers you see weekly, says a lot about restaurants. Some restaurants forget, people have choices. We don't have to accept poor service, racist service and any old bad thing you want to project onto certain customers. I'm very conscious of where I spend my money and why or why not. read more

Food was excellent! Hot and fresh. Large portions. Service was even better. Ashley was polite and attentive but never overbearing. Restrooms were also immaculate. Seemed like lots of locals frequent here and though we were from out of town they treated us like friends. We travel through here several times a year, so we will definitely frequent here. read more

The service first of all is fantastic!!! I thought as many times as the lady served me tea that they would run out!! Home made Spaghetti is great!!! I loved the texture of the noodles!!! Oh man, talk about a chicken fried steak..this homemade breading was fantastic!! Plus you get three sides! Three! Between the two of us we had the sides: pistachio pudding, sweet potato casserole, bacon macaroni pasta salad and fried okra. The only thing I would give less than 10/10 on was the rolls. They were a tad dry like they'd been frozen previously. Their sweet tea was perfectly sweet and service was impeccable!!! Top notch place! read more

We love Susan's! I'm always a breakfast fan - and whether it's omelettes, eggs and chicken fried steak or pork chops or steak or even bacon or sausage it's always delicious. The cinnamon rolls are huge as are the pancakes! My wife loves their Rubens and we both love the burgers! Their service is always great and it may take awhile to get seated (usually less than 30 min unless a big party) the food comes fairly quickly. read more

We came to Arkansas for a weekend getaway to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. After a night at a horrible resort in Rogers we didn't know what to expect in the way of Arkansas cuisine. Well, the restaurant gave us new hope! We both had omelets which were packed with meat and cheeses. The hash browns were perfect and they even had my favorite blackberry jam! The salsa was homemade also which was certainly a treat. Our server was excellent and checked on us throughout our time there. We never had to go searching for him as one has to at some restaurants. We are breakfast people, we love finding that hidden gem of a good breakfast restaurant. When we try a new place, we have certain foods that make or break the restaurant for us. For my spouse, its how are the eggs fried (she worked in restaurants - she knows what they are supposed to look like), for me, its the potatoes. So, that said, we each ordered the chicken fried chicken... The best part was the chicken fried chicken, moist, good flavor and a fair sized breast. The so-so, gravy, not hot, not cold but I needed to add pepper to it as I didn't think it had enough. Biscuits, not hockey pucks but also, not soft and fluffy as my expectation was.
