They're fairly busy and prices are fair ($8 for regular hem on skinny/straight leg denim, $10 for wider legs, and $16 for original hem). Hemming dress pants with lining is about the same as an original hem. I haven't had any major alteration work done and personally would go to a more specialized tailor for that, but no issues with hemming - they're pretty good with the length but there is sometimes some slight uneveness with the stitching. The major downside is they're slow. It's typically 6 days to get your items unless you pay the addtional $2 rush fee.
