I want to post this review, sorry it was late. On February 16, 2018 I locked my keys in my car. Called AAA I was told it would be about 45 minute to an hour. Within five minutes after receiving an automated call stating Surfside Lock and Key will be arriving in 20 minutes. To my surprise Mehdi called me to tell me he was in the area and needed the precise location of the vehicle. AAA transferred me to them because I locked my keys in the car and they are a sub contractor for them that should never be in business !! Very disrespectful they guy tried to take my ID and my keys I told him I wld pay him, which I said my wallet was in my car (which I was going to get ) than he started harassing me.. he called his "boss" he arrived 5 min later said he was going to call the cops and I said please do I would love to speak with the cops ... instead of calling the cops he parked his van in front of my car and left a broken key in my key spot on my door so I was unable to unlock with a key!!! I got locked out of my house today, even though I had my keys. The lock would not unlock after 30 minutes of trying! I used WD40 to unlock my door, to no avail. I called another locksmith company, and they came to my home quoting me $200 to get me into my home, and said my lock was ruined and would need to be replaced. I had to pay a $25 fee since they came to my home, but I declined their service. I then remembered, "Maybe my AAA membership will cover a locksmith to get me in my home!" Sure enough, it did!!! :-) They sent me Surfside Lock and Key. Ali from Surfside Lock and Key arrived at my home in 25 minutes. He came to my door, looked at my lock, used my key to try to unlock the door and said, "I can get this open."
