I chose the quartzite countertop and paid a premium price. The countertop was gorgeous. However,…read morethe installers cracked and chipped my expensive--brand new countertop. I was told the material was super durable! The countertop was damaged from day one. When I called and spoke with a rep I was told "that is not suppose to happen." Now the company is only willing to repair the damaged countertop which their installers damaged boring the hole for the hardware! I am not satisfied with their response. On top of that--their contractor that installed my tile backsplash damaged my kitchen walls. They tried to deny it telling Carolina Stone that the damage was already there. They are the one who put tape on the wall then carelessly ripped it off leaving damage which will need significant repair! This is unacceptable from a place of business to treat their customer so poorly!
