I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this saves others from the frustrating experience I had…read more Communication was poor from the start--no response to my inquiry until my contractor contacted the owner directly. No one had our name at our scheduled showroom visit, though they fit us in. We selected our materials and specified a waterfall edge for a bar top and a bathroom top, which the salesperson acknowledged over email. It took over two weeks and several follow-ups just to get an estimate. After signing the contract, they took another 10 days to measure, then tried to increase the price by $500 for features we had specified and they acknowledged. They eventually reduced it to half after admitting it was their mistake. On installation day, they showed up at 6pm--outside our HOA's work hours--so they left the countertop and left. It even turned out to be the wrong material, leaving us without a working bathroom sink for three days during a remodel. They fixed it, but the bar top measurements were wrong, and they had to cut out some of the granite we paid for. The owner did call to apologize so I give them some credit. They also offered a small discount, but the final invoice inflated the square footage - probably to account for the "discount". The invoice was sent at 4pm and was due the same day, with a penalty clause for past due so you couldn't even dispute the extra square footage. The stone looks fine, but the experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. I would never use this company again.

We are SO HAPPY with the end result! Chase was awesome to work with - he responded quickly, solved a couple of issues along the way and ensured our kitchen was not only a bit under budget but also done 2 weeks earlier than I had allotted. For what it's worth, I hired my own cabinet painter and plumber and they had both used East Coast Granite for their own remodels. We are definitely coming back to have Chase help us with our master bath.

I had an excellent experience with rebath when they did our bathroom…read more From start to finish the team was respectful, communicative and thorough. I appreciate their time and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat. They completed my shower project in 3 days which is what the estimated time was and I have had terrible luck with contractors in the past so it was refreshing to have a crew in there that seemed to be competent and provide excellent service.

They obviously…read morewere hired by a new neighbor who probably knew nothing about the rules here, but these guys had a table and saw set up right on the pine straw during severe drought conditions (pine straw is extremely flammable even if it's dampened by rain; however, these conditions have been worse than usual, and entire condo complexes have been taken out by pine straw fires!). I printed out a short version of our condo group's rules & regulations as well as detailed article on the dangers of even a spark hitting the pine straw. Spouse spoke to the 2 men that were there -- the young man was respectful and polite, the older man (foreman?) was downright hostile!! He also walked up to our patio while we were on biz calls and threw the crumpled notes, turned and stomped away. Nasty creep! I hope to never see RE-BATH on this property again -- we'd never use their "services" (which sound awful per reviewers who did) and don't want to ever see them again. Don't believe that "5 star advertorial review written on June 11, 2025!

Love the store and products…read more Mike, the salesman is a deterrent. He bombards you with his political beliefs, his enjoyment of shooting, the reasons he left New York (he didn't want to live with their ammunition limits) and the projects he has going on at his property. The most recent visit we were trying to order new cabinetry for a kitchen remodel. After I declined his offer to go in the back room to look at the cabinets he bought for his kitchen he got rude. He was so unhelpful and condescending-He didn't want to help with the layout, he didn't want to give me a visual rendering and finally said he would pass me off and they MIGHT be willing to give a rendering but only one. We took our business elsewhere and spent more money on cabinetry to avoid the hassle of dealing with him. Right on the desk it says they help design. What's the problem? He's rude. He makes me uncomfortable.

We use them mainly for the cabinetry. They have several difference option on the stains and designs. They mainly deal with contractors and condo renovators, so they do not delivery. It is pick up for yourself only. But there is a UHAUL rental right down the road, which rents trucks for about 25-30 a day. Bottom line, you can get good quality cabinets cheaper than pretty much anywhere else around town, but it more of a do-it yourself-er place.
