Look over contract and pricing closely. Our opinion is to Find someone else to do your floors. Having said that the guys that actually did the job actually worked hard and did a good job. I really wanted it to work since they are a "Weber dealer", but I guess they don't care about their customers and sales (missed out on $1K+)... at least that's how I felt. Jonathan arrived on time, provided excellent customer service and was very personable. His expertise was apparent when he had to disassemble our faucet which had more parts than we would have ever thought!! He proceeded to replace all with the new parts. My faucet was good as new when he was done. Jonathan also fixed the hinge on my bedroom door because it would close without having something to hold it open. If the owner thought I was a scammer, surely that was cleared up after my second text when I tried to clarify if I had the right number. But he never responded, and just slandered me online instead. The reason I asked for his email was that I wanted to send him our floor plan so he could give us a quote. I ended up going with another company, and this guy missed out on a 10k+ project because he can't communicate.
