Based on reviews and initial conversations we felt confident in moving forward. Staff was friendly but unfortunately MANY things happened that have left our family in disbelief of how a company could treat us like this. -Timeline was hard to get from them. Coming and going was not communicated well. We were constantly asking when people would be coming and going. We felt like we had to project manage things ourself. -Many drywall issues. Even when bringing issues to their attention as soon as we saw them, the proceeded to try to cover them up rather than fix them correctly. This happened 3 separate times. -Paint was put on very poorly with glops in some areas and also some areas completely missed. Nail holes not filled. Everything looked rushed or just lack of care. -One of their workers hit our neighbors mailbox with his car (all on camera) completely knocking it apart and tried to drive off and not get caught. Took MANY conversations to get them to properly repair this. This worker also did our drywall and painting so we are not surprised the lack of effort put into the work. -Did not properly protect the room or items inside from construction debris. We had to go out an buy material to cover our carpet, furniture, TV and flooring to proceed them when they came back to try to fix things as they made zero effort. -LVP floors in the room they worked in were damaged with a few small dents. -We had to get the carpet on our stairs steam cleaned as they tracked so much debris through our home our vacuum could not pull it all up. To conclude this job as they came back for the 3rd time and still could not fix things as we asked, I asked for a $900 refund to cover getting things fixed correctly and hiring a cleaning company. They countered at $500 OR offered to come back for a 4th time. We just wanted this to end and be done so we took the $500 refund offer. They have now ghosted us with no refund. I have called and text and nobody is getting back ahold of us.

They also responded to my Yelp project request very quickly. They completed the work on time (even a day early), the team was courteous and professional, and the quality of their work is great. They listened to direction well, and corrected any issues that arose (they put back a light fixture in the wrong place and moved it after we pointed it out). I feel they knew what they were doing and the best products to use. They covered our flooring and elements that were not getting painted to prevent damage and I can't find any paint spills or smudges anywhere. Our project also involved a lot of wallpaper removal. I was nervous about this because if the wallpaper is not removed correctly the wall can be damaged or leftover wallpaper glue can cause the new paint not to adhere correctly. But it seems they did a great job with that part too. They communicated well with us via text. We weren't able to check on the project in person every day so they sent photos and details on progress.
