When the plumber arrived at my home, his very first comment was that he doesn't like working on toilets and doesn't understand why your company keeps assigning him those types of jobs. This was unprofessional and immediately made me uncomfortable. He then informed me that in order to provide an estimate, he would need to open the top of the toilet, and that doing so would cost $140. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told the estimate would be free of charge. His response was that it was only free for him to show up--not to do anything beyond that. Frankly, this explanation was both unreasonable and misleading. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with your service. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company that offers home repair services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with the technician involved, as well as review the clarity of the information provided to customers during appointment scheduling.

After our house flooded we had a DRP representative…read morecome to our home and talk to us about what needed to be done to finish drying out the house, look for and remediate any mold, repair/replace drywall, molding, etc. We were told they could do everything but the representative said he needed to come back with another person in a couple of days to reexamine the house and be in a position to give us an estimate on the cost of remediation/repairs. This company had been recommended by a contractor who had worked on our house and whom we thoroughly trust. He had worked with this company before and highly recommended them. The DRP representative promised to call in a couple of days to set up a time to come back with someone else from the company. When I did not hear back, I tried to call the representative. He did not return my call. I then texted him and got a reply that they never heard of the contractor who recommended them and were not interested in doing the work because they were too busy with other projects. He could have told me from the beginning they were too busy. I lost valuable time waiting for someone who was never interested in doing the work in the first place. As a result, the mold situation in my house has probably worsened. I would never trust this company and would urge anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere.
