Its about 9 years old and the only part that had to be replaced was a control board. I visited him a couple days ago to pick up some new filters and a jar of bath crystals. We had a difficult spa situation, both in regards removing the old and installing the new spa in an ackward place and our needs regarding safetly getting in and out for two old people. Kevin came to our house several times, considered the situation and at one time indicated he was not sure he could meet our needs. We worked together and he did more research and was able to develop a plan that has worked. I never felt he was upselling, in fact we decided on our own to get a higher cost unit. I am amazed at the negative reviews, nothing could have been more different in my experience and I would highly recommend them. I will do another review of my operating experience in a few months. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

We thought we needed the sand in our filter switched out and instead of just jumping at a chance to make money he let us know our filter was still working as it should be and taught us a few things to help it function better.
