What really impressed me, though, was the service after the sale. About three months later, I had a filter that was extremely tight and I couldn't get it loosened. Mike, the technician, came back out to my house and took care of it for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's easy to provide good service when making a sale, but how a company treats you afterward says a lot more. Mike and the team demonstrated that they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers long after the purchase. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or spa.

Not just because we bought our pool and hot tub from Hydra, but because they consistently have the best service. Mike, their service technician, responded quickly to our concern. He came out and was on time. Unfortunately, that morning, an animal decided to go for a swim and didn't make it out alive. Due to this, we had to reschedule and Mike made it a priority to get back over ASAP - once we shocked the pool! He came again, on time and prepared and fixed the pool. Right in time for the last day of school! Thank you Hydra - Thank you Mike

In talking with Andrey during the installation, we learned FOL also does landscaping, outdoor patio and kitchens etc. We contracted with FOL to have 12 trees (a combination of thujas and arborvitae), azaleas and purple fountain grass. We also had them extend the sprinkler system into the back yard. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the work the team did. Again, great sales and service and follow up when we had questions. Highly recommend you reach out to Andrey for your needs.

They said they make the custom kitchens mostly offsite and finish a few things onsite. So i am not sure what the 10% fee is.

We had a difficult spa situation, both in regards removing the old and installing the new spa in an ackward place and our needs regarding safetly getting in and out for two old people. Kevin came to our house several times, considered the situation and at one time indicated he was not sure he could meet our needs. We worked together and he did more research and was able to develop a plan that has worked. I never felt he was upselling, in fact we decided on our own to get a higher cost unit. I am amazed at the negative reviews, nothing could have been more different in my experience and I would highly recommend them. I will do another review of my operating experience in a few months. Pat was our delivery guy and that went smooth. He even told us to reach out to him with questions and he could either help us or give us some numbers for servicing if needed. He did respond in the beginning but that subsided. Fast forward to December, 5 months later, and we have a leak. Called AL for customer service and then LPI from Tennessee calls you back. They said "sorry, but your labor warranty is only 3 months" so you will have to pay to have a repair service come out. This just tells me that they know their products aren't reliable and that this is a common problem. I was able to send them pictures of the water, but none of where the actual leak was coming from. They were able to send me the parts based off of the pictures which tells me that they already knew what the problem was. I am very disappointed in the product and customer service at this point. I will not recommend them ever.
