Bed Bath then told me this was a marketplace seller & I had to contact them. This seller said they do not provide a label for return & I would need to pay for the shipping. The price the post office gave me was more expensive then I paid for the frame. The seller also said I couldn't use any other method for the return. They would not help me at all. Bed, Bath does not stand behind the products they allow to be sold on their website. I was very disappointed with their service. I bought the same product on Amazon from a different company. I had no problems putting it together, the quality & directions were much better. I had piece of mind knowing if their had been a problem I would have no problem returning with Amazon.

Before I could make room in my trunk for the box, an employee was pushing a cart out with my order. He helped me get the box in the trunk and I was on my way. Thieves or corrupt, you decide…read more Their business model is suspect. You go shopping and pick out your stone. Leave the name of your fabricator since they only do business with them. They then sell the slabs to your fabricator who quotes you a price. So here is my problem. Ordered 6 slabs of white quartz from them. They were back ordered and when they finally came in, my fabricator went to get them and came to our house (under construction) to install. When we got home several weeks later we saw white blotches on all the slabs installed. I called the fabricator who promptly went to Cosmo to get the problem rectified. They gave him the run around and said they would not do anything about it. I called and they said that since they DID NOT sell me the slabs, I have no recourse against them. Only the fabricator does and he is unable to do anything other than never deal with them in the future. So now, I am am stuck with 6 nasty slabs of quartz with this blotchy white stuff all over. Oh and they have a special quartz warranty on their website. It is 4-pages long, but don't rely on that because they will not honor the warranty but will find some way to weasel out of honoring it. Just a disgustingly revolting company and best to stay away. There are plenty of other better shops all around the metro area.

These guys do not return calls, do not explain delays. When cabinets were finally installed, 2 doors had mineral stains, another 8 weeks went by before they could be installed. In total 6 months and 2 weeks went by. They sent installer to wrong address, sent our invoice to our electrician not us. Seem to be totally disorganized. Angelo, installer, is only saving grace. He is organized, professional and kind. Our advice, try anyone else.
