Needed about an 1/8 of an inch taken off of our countertops so our new stove would fit. (They didn't do our install, this is an older home.) Everyone I spoke to was very kind and we got on their schedule right away! The guys who came out to do the work did it quickly and all things considered, didn't leave too much dust! Customer service is a joke. I dropped off the old vanity sink/counter to there location as a temple on the 10th of October. Today us the 20th of October 2023. As if today I have yet to receive a quote after promises have been made. My bathroom is still unfinished. This is the second time trying to utilize there service. The first was just as bad having to wait over a month. No matter the size of a job, customer service is customer service. 1st time shame on me. 2nd time shame on you. I have to give a shout out to the Legacy Team from the sales (ADRIANNE) to the man who did the measurements(Bob) and to the installers (Eddie and partner didn't catch his name) Very professional helpful and definitely surpassed expectations in service. After countertops installed and cleaned countertops I found a few imperfections wasn't sure if normal or not and sent them pics with my concern. They reviewed pics and had Eddie come back out within the hour! The imperfections not normal he said and worked on them for couple hours til countertop was Perfect!!! If you are doing a remodel look no further than the team at Legacy! These guys are amazing. Not only are they the nicest, funniest and most accommodating, they are pretty darn good at what they do! Adrienne, Hilda and Bob will go to the ends of the earth to make you happy no matter how big or small the job. When we were picking our kitchen counters, they did their research across at least SEVEN or more slab yards until they found the perfect stone for us. Adrienne is an absolute rockstar. Best and easiest renovation we've ever had done! Ally at the store was very helpful in our material selection and design. Staff that removed old counters, installed new counters, backsplash and plumbing were all very friendly and tidy. They cleaned up along the way and left us without a mess when finished! We were also excited to have one company do a turnkey project unlike most granite companies in our area. Prices were fair, selection was great, but the service really made all the difference. I have been wanting to give our kitchen a face lift for over a year. I was intimidated by the process and unsure how the cost would add up. I finally decided to go for it and called around to a few places to get estimates. Immediately I saw a difference between the customer service and response time of Legacy versus other countertop places. Adrianne was so helpful from the start. The process started with me giving them a drawing of the kitchen layout with measurements. They were able to take that and give me multiple estimates for countertop, tile backsplash, demo, and even a plumber. A little over a week later we went to the show room and picked out the granite slab and other finishing touches. They then got everything scheduled within two weeks. I was shocked at the turn around time. From the day they got here to demo to the tile guy finishing the last step, it only took a total of 3 days. I am so impressed with the work, the ease of the process, and the customer service. I asked Adrianne tons of questions and she was always happy to answer. Let me begin this review by saying that the 3 star review is not due to the quality of work, that I would give 5 stars, but the customer service deserves 1 star. Our home already has granite counter tops installed, but my husband and I purchased a new oven. Since our old oven consisted of a separate cook top and range, and our new one is all one unit, we needed some granite cut. No problem, we call Legacy Countertops and get ourselves an appointment. We were able to schedule the appointment within a week, fantastic. The day of the install comes...we have never received a confirmation call with an estimated time of arrival. My husband stayed home from work for this appointment. By 10:30 in the morning we have still not received a call from the company, so my husband calls. Yep, you're on the list for today, someone will be out by 1:00. Great! See you then. 1:00 comes and goes, 2:00 comes...we get a phone call. Sorry, running behind. We'll be there at 3:30. Okay, little upset it took you an hour past the time you were supposed to be here to call, but we'll see you in a bit. 3:30 comes and goes...4:00, my husband calls. Are you guys still coming out today? Oh yes, sorry...someone will call you back. Okay, because we have a newborn baby at home and can't have someone coming out late. By 5:30 they have called back once already saying they'd be there soon, then they said half an hour...by 6:30 2 guys finally show up and tell my husband they have no idea what work they are supposed to be doing for us. Then they go outside and make a call, saying they might come back in the morning. My husband and I are beyond annoyed at this point. Long story short, after waiting all day, they did do the work and it looks great. They need to work on their scheduling and customer service, I would not use them again for this reason. There wasn't even any attempt of compensation, we would have been ecstatic if they'd offered us even 10% off our bill. It would have cost them $30, but would have made us happy and possibly repeat customers, it would have also made this at least a 4 star review, but no. read more

Legacy Countertops did an exceptional installation for us. The owner, Bob, came to our home several years ago; his demeanor honest and professional. His employees worked diligently until the work was completed. It took six men to carry up the largest slab to our upstairs kitchen. The work was completed in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with the installation. They made tops for our two rolling carts to match (without additional charge). They will stand by their product and workmanship forever. They have come out twice to follow through on several small issues that we had. Today, years later, Gio came to repaired damage caused by a plumber. Again, no charge. Because their work was exceptional and their customer service is the best we have ever experienced with any company. We highly recommend Legacy Countertops. They are trustworthy. read more

After reading the first review, I was very concerned about choosing Legacy. I do not have the time to worry about my remodeling choices, and try to fix mistakes. Before making my final choice, I discussed the review with the owners, accepted their explanation, and went ahead with Legacy. I am so glad! The countertops were installed today. We just had the two countertops in our master bathroom replaced with Silestone quartz. Legacy measured in a few days and came less than a week later to install. We used one of their on-site remnants, but most people order material. The two-man crew called ahead, arrive on-time, put down floor protection all the way from entry to bathroom and did an accurate install. Caulk lines were smooth. They promptly came back to drill larger drain holes (my mistake) with no problem. They don't take credit/debit cards. Highly recommend. read more

I am writing this review as this is my second time I have remodeled a kitchen and I have used Legacy Countertops. I was looking for the "Wow Factor" in the Granite that I chose. We installed more cabinets and had to change our time line with Legacy and they were very helpful and worked with me to complete the kitchen in a timely matter. I found a granite that I loved and they were out of stock and were able to find the stone. I was able to pick the position of the cuts of the stone so I could pick what patterns would be my island and pass through and back counters. I felt like I was truly a part of designing my kitchen. From choosing the granite, to placement, to scheduling, to the installation, Legacy Countertops went above and beyond to assisting me with designing The Most Amazing, Most Beautiful Kitchen Ever!
