I told him to leave I would not pay that. He wanted me to then sign something saying the work was satisfactory, which I refused since he did not do any work. He did turn on the water and tell me my drain was clogged, which, of course was not a surprise as I called them for a clogged drain. I suspect this company uses unethical tactics when scheduling appointments and then when thinking people are desperate hit them with an outrageous bill. They are quite cheerful when doing so. But the monster behind the masks are revealed eventually.

David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. UPDATE: I was contacted by the supposed "new owner" of Charlotte Resurfacing the day that I posted…read moremy first review (11/13/18). He seemed eager to find out why I was so unhappy with the job his company had done, so I scheduled a time and called him on 11/16/18. I gave him all of the details of what had happened and how poor the quality of work was. He informed me that the company was under new ownership (he and his brother) since my job was performed, that who I had been dealing with previously was never an owner, and the guy who attempted to fix my tub twice had been fired due to poor quality work. He then asked me what he could do to make this situation right. I said that I wanted my tub re-finished the way I had paid for it to be in the first place. He told me that what he was going to do was refund my $650, and put me in touch with someone who could come out and refinish my tub properly. I was very satisfied with his perceived professionalism and accountability, and I thought my bad experience was about to turn around. However, I was wrong. My bad situation was only made worse. Tomorrow will be exactly 2 months to the day that I spoke with this "owner" and I still do not have my refunded money that he suggested and offered. I contacted him on Facebook (which is how he contacted me originally) again on 11/26/18 since I had not heard back from him as promised. He never responded to me. Since then, my husband has spoken to him on the phone twice in December 2018 and was assured that the check was going to be in the mail right away. We still have no refund, and my tub is still not fixed two months after this was promised to be made "right". I am warning all consumers to avoid doing business with this company in any way. They lack integrity, sincerity, accountability, and quality, and obviously care nothing about customer satisfaction. Consider yourself warned!
