Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used. He wanted to wait until it was warm so he could get in the pool. I have texted with him all summer. He is four hours away so did not want to drive here for just my pool issue. He does not have a rep here anymore. He now wants me to pay a surcharge for him to come. Then he wanted to "make a deal" with him that if he found the issue was non warranty, I would pay him a surcharge. He then told me he was willing to help, but I was a disappointment as a customer. In texting with him over the summer, he has told me that what I was seeing was likely psychological. He's said that people who have given him bad reviews or reported him to BBB are psychotic. He has said that the salt system has probably damaged my pool. He has told me that he does not want to do a favor for me, which is repairing gelcoat, because I am cheap and nasty. (I don't even know if it is a gelcoat problem.) He is demeaning and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!! He doesn't even deserve one star.

They make sub-par shells and make broken promises that they can repair it…read more We called out some white spots on a sand colored shell the day it was delivered and I was promised they would make it whole and no worries they can fix it. We have major gel coat issues with ours. Joe admitted in writing that if the warehouse workers take the shell off the mold and there are blemishes they are instructed to repair vs. starting over and making a new shell. That means there molds are bad and need destroyed. Any reputable fiberglass pool company will retire a mold if it starts to produce imperfections on the fiberglass shells. Joe the owner will blame you and is completely rude and lies over and over. Do your self a favor and get a pool from someone else! We also have construction issues to where a section of concrete was poured to where the water flows towards the pool and not the drain so major water flow and drainage issues. I am going to have a entire section of concrete tore up to fix. I will also have to have the pool resurfaced. Construction was horrible from the beginning. Lack of communication, shell dropped to deep into the ground, work around to get our travertine coping installed which is not proper and I now have some lifting from the pool, pool light quit working, pump would trip the pool off at times because they installed a faulty one etc. and etc. Pool was installed in Nov/Dec 2020 and these type of things should not happen. Joe is not trustworthy or ethical person and is not a man of his word.
