Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. Rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed me for what happened and canceled my membership. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself--everyone makes mistakes--but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. Ted also repaired vermiculite damage that occurred due to us not knowing the pool had been drained completely due to a storm causing a large branch to tear the liner after falling on our fence. Excellent work with great follow up, educational materials, and support. Probably the most honest businessman I've encountered since coming to NC. Highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk are super friendly, the locker rooms are spacious and clean, they have a TON of lanes and are never too crowded, and they have a huge tub that is perfect for recovering in.
