What really impressed me, though, was the service after the sale. About three months later, I had a filter that was extremely tight and I couldn't get it loosened. Mike, the technician, came back out to my house and took care of it for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's easy to provide good service when making a sale, but how a company treats you afterward says a lot more. Mike and the team demonstrated that they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers long after the purchase. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or spa.

Not just because we bought our pool and hot tub from Hydra, but because they consistently have the best service. Mike, their service technician, responded quickly to our concern. He came out and was on time. Unfortunately, that morning, an animal decided to go for a swim and didn't make it out alive. Due to this, we had to reschedule and Mike made it a priority to get back over ASAP - once we shocked the pool! He came again, on time and prepared and fixed the pool. Right in time for the last day of school! Thank you Hydra - Thank you Mike

So this review is long overdue, but better late than never. We purchased a hot tub from FOL and…read morewere extremely pleased with the sales and installation process. In talking with Andrey during the installation, we learned FOL also does landscaping, outdoor patio and kitchens etc. We contracted with FOL to have 12 trees (a combination of thujas and arborvitae), azaleas and purple fountain grass. We also had them extend the sprinkler system into the back yard. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the work the team did. Again, great sales and service and follow up when we had questions. Highly recommend you reach out to Andrey for your needs.

I had been a loyal member of this sauna for almost a year, and my experience ended in a very…read moredisappointing way. When I first joined, the staff themselves would add eucalyptus to the sauna water to create a pleasant aroma. Because that had been their normal practice, I asked if eucalyptus could be added again. Instead, a staff member accidentally added the wrong product, which created a strong burning smell in the sauna. Rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed me for what happened and canceled my membership. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself--everyone makes mistakes--but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sauna.
