Mind you this is after another company has quoted me $3,000 to repair this pool that was perfectly flowing at the time I handed it over to him. Clay has now stopped responding to text messages, claims emails were sent that I never received, and refuses to stand by the work that they promised. Absolutely do not hire this company under any circumstances. They lack ethics, morals, proper communication, accountability, and professionalism.

No text, didn't show up, didn't call. I can understand if things happen but, the expectation is communicating that. Pretty disrespectful as customers tend to need to work around their own schedules to accommodate these builders who overall don't seem to have respect for peoples' time. If you're not accepting work, don't say you will then never show up and waste peoples' time. When companies act this way for people who haven't given them any money yet, just imagine once they've got skin in the game. Would avoid any place that isn't going to do the minimum for a good first impression.

Craig wanted to charge me more on top of a service that wasn't even being completed in full. I said I wanted to schedule pool school again so we could take over the care of our pool and he was supposed to have the other owner, Orlando, call me, but instead they decided to just not show up at all and no one bothered to call. The owner needs to learn to not deflect and make excuses and how to treat their customers! I received the attached response shortly after posting this review. I appreciate the refund, but not the insult about my "demeanor" and "vulgar language". As I said, calling me about the service not being done, but wanting only to talk to me about charging me more for something that didn't cost extra previously on top of not receiving all of the services we were supposed to, was indeed sh****, and that was the extent of my vulgar language.
