I've never gotten that at the Gastonia store; just a bunch of chemicals with verbal instructions that I forget before driving out of the parking lot. The employees at this location are normally nice, however there's usually only 1 person working and water testing can be a long wait. This store could be top notch with some management overhaul and proper employee training. It is the best option Gastonia has to offer so it would be nice if they invested In an overhaul.

I don't know if it was the owners that were working there, or who I was dealing with, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way because the couple in front of me started to leave and turned around to introduce themselves by name and get the name of the woman who helped them. Three years ago, we purchased an Innsbrook hot tub from Paradise Pool. The installation was…read moreperfect, even though the location was tricky. The delivery men were able to get there with no problem. We enjoyed the tub during this time, noticing all along that there was moisture around the bottom on one side. I figured it was condensation. Eventually, I decided to call Ray at Paradise and ask him about it. We made an appointment and he came out to check it. I live at least an hour from his store, but he came several times to attempt to discover my problem. It turned out to be a slight hairline crack near one of the bottom jets! I thought this was going to be considered our fault and the warranty wouldn't be valid. No questions asked...Ray sent his men to pick up my spa and return a week or so later with a brand new one...straight from the factory! They set it up and now I have a brand new spa!Ray was always eager to please us and didn't take short cuts or make excuses. He never asked us for a dime to cover his time or gas. It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. I would recommend Paradise if anyone is looking to buy a hot tub. Great job Ray and Staff!

We thought we needed the sand in our filter switched out and instead of just jumping at a chance to make money he let us know our filter was still working as it should be and taught us a few things to help it function better.
