I've never gotten that at the Gastonia store; just a bunch of chemicals with verbal instructions that I forget before driving out of the parking lot. The employees at this location are normally nice, however there's usually only 1 person working and water testing can be a long wait. This store could be top notch with some management overhaul and proper employee training. It is the best option Gastonia has to offer so it would be nice if they invested In an overhaul.

I don't know if it was the owners that were working there, or who I was dealing with, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way because the couple in front of me started to leave and turned around to introduce themselves by name and get the name of the woman who helped them. When was the last time you left a retail store and did that? I don't even want to price shop anything on Amazon because I do not want this store to go anywhere. It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us.
