I was charged $55 for a visit from a technician who would assess and give me a quote. Never got the quote. In fact, I was told because my sectional was "too new" they wouldn't work on it. Look, I'm paying you to do some work, not give me an opinion - and, just what in the world would change in a year, or three years? The situation would still require beefier springs! (btw, I'm a 150 lbs. male; this sectional shouldn't be sagging already, but R2G wouldn't fix it). This is an elective repair I'm paying for out of pocket, I just don't understand how they could tell me no. I will never work with them again, and I will tell every person I can not to hire them. Edit: on Google reviews, CFT decided to give a response as to why they chose not to perform the work which was different from the voicemail I received which I mentioned above. Fact is, this too was not a proper reason for not doing the work, instead of finding a solution. Either way, I have two different reasons for not doing the work, so I have no confidence in their abilities to assess a problem and develop a solution, and their customer service is not up to par.
