Allen, owner of Innovative Handwork, turned out to be the perfect choice. Allen was outstanding from start to finish. He first told me his cost for labor then wanted the measurements of my old door, so he could give me a quote for the job. I went ahead and decided to use Innovative Handywork because he broke done the price - no hidden costs. Allen was highly transparent by showing me pictures and prices of the actual materials, making sure I approved of everything. Allen showed up on time and worked intensely without a break (only after urging him to eat some pastries I bought). I got the impression that Allen genuinely took pride in his work. He appeared to work from his heart and not just from his experience. Allen even hauled my old door away. This was such a satisfying experience with somebody skillful, professional and trustworthy. Security screen type doors are a different animal. I knew that my doorway would require some wood framing because of it's unusual size so who better to do this type of job than a handyman. I Yelped through handyman and came across Handyman Services. I was delighted that I saw Terry K.'s used him and was very impressed with Ryan's work. So I made the call to Handyman Services (Ryan/Owner) and explained what I wanted, an estimate on installation of two doors. To my amazement, he said that he would be in my area in the afternoon. Sure enough he came by and took the measurements and within a couple of hours texted me the estimate. Now that's the kind of service that everyone expects, but rarely receive from any type business. I won't say how much the estimate was for, but I found it reasonable and less than I anticipated the job to be. I scheduled the next open date which was the following week. Ryan came by as scheduled and quickly framed and installed two security screen doors with some modifications. He's quick and efficient, also takes pride in the quality of his work. Will definitely use him for projects that I can't do around the house.

After meeting with a few other contractors which provided quotes way above our budget, we finally met with Alex, which was through a recommendation. We couldn't be any happier with the opportunity to have worked with Versatile Construction. From the very beginning, while we had an idea of what we wanted, Alex helped us come to a good design/size requirement, providing suggestions and options along the way. Alex worked with his architect to complete multiple iterations of the drawings (making sure we were happy with what would be built), and also obtained the necessary permits for us. We were also able to use our own mason just for the concrete/foundation portion and there was absolutely no complications with bringing in this third party into the mix; Alex worked very well with him, making sure they were both on the same page and that all was in order for the build. As for the build, we are really satisfied with the results of the entire project, and especially with the way Alex coordinates/communicates and how he works along side his team. He was very upfront with scheduling himself and his team along with the other projects they were managing, but they were always there when they scheduled themselves to work on our house. We are pleased with the quality of work that was done. We feel very fortunate to have found a contractor that we can trust, with a team that takes pride in the what they do. Brian and his crew did a beautiful job on our condo renovation! It was basically a whole gut job &…read morethey did it within my one month time line! I've had a vision for this place since we moved here and B Construction was able to bring it to life! Overall I would rate them a 10/10 with a few little hick-ups here and there. First and foremost, the light oak flooring installment looks and feels amazing! Though they didn't rip out the old flooring they were able to seamlessly level our floors. Secondly, the kitchen cabinets turned out elegantly & when they installed the ceiling light, it was the icing on the cake. So beautiful! Moving on to the bathroom, the walk in-shower turned out like out of a magazine. Brian's guys precisely chose every tile to match the wave designs, tile after tile. Love it! In the bathroom they also installed our new vanity, mirror and a few miscellaneous items that were added last minute, no questions asked We also asked his crew to paint the walls & sand down our wood ceiling which both turned out great! They also switch out all our electrical outlets (which means they have a guy that specializes in electrical & plumbing for the bathroom - a huge plus!!!). Lastly, we added two ceiling fans, one in the living room and another in bedroom, which all our neighbors love and get a bunch of comments on! His guys were all super friendly and when I asked them to change something I didn't like, they weren't hesitant to change it right away. With that being said, there were a few hick ups during the renovation. Brian had a couple of projects that his crew were working on at the same as mine which means there was constant confusion for him. When he asked about measurements for our new microwave, he ended up buying another one later on because he thought we were in need of one, which was never the case. My full length mirror was also lost in the process because he thought he thought I said it was rubbish. Lastly, there were some moments when I would text Brian and hear back from him a few days later. Not a convenient way to communicate when on a time crunch. I would also like to add that although problems did arises, they were solved and the outcome was still a masterpiece. I will 100% hire these guys again in the future & now I tell all my friends about them!

They are all also really good at what they do and pay attention to detail. Brian keeps communicating throughout the whole process to ensure it's all done as requested - actually our place turned out better than we expected because of Brian's suggestions and input. Everyone he works with also really cares about getting the job done right, not just getting it done and it really shows in the end product. We couldn't be happier with B Construction, and have already booked them for another project in the near future! They are super busy because they earned and enjoy a great reputation.
