Pay, the owner went out of her way to come out to the house on a Saturday (closed on weekends) to assess and give an estimate on removal and replacement of damaged door and tracks. Upon agreement of the service to be done, Ethan and Brandon showed up on Tuesday to do the job. It took them less than two hours to do everything which I thought was quick. They made sure that everything worked properly and informed us of any maintenance service when needed before leaving, as well as putting everything that was moved back in place and cleaning up. I yelped several places before coming across Oahu Garage Doors. Ethan came a day later and looked at our garage, and explained why we were having the challenge with our door opener. On occasion our garage door didn't open or close efficiently, and it made a loud noise. Ethan explained and pointed out what was wrong with our garage door motor, and offered different brands of garage motors to choose from. The garage motor that we chose was not cheap, but offered a variety of bells and whistles that we felt we could use. With the one that we chose, we are able to access our garage opener anywhere with our phone. This came in handy when we accidentally left our garage door open the other day while we were out. Our Ring alarm indicated movement, and when we checked our camera, noticed we had forgotten to shut our garage door!
