Scheduled and arrived on time. I just needed a tune up and calibrated the motor to my liking. (I didn't want the door to keep slamming on the ground). Lubed up all the moving parts and told me what lube to use and points to spray. I knew I was paying for more for just a calibration was worth it. Also advised me of what to look out for in the future. Super friendly. read more

Jesse was immediately responsive, even after hours, and not only gave us the complete pricing up front, but was available even as soon as the next day. When he arrived for our scheduled appointment, Jesse was thorough, professional, went above and beyond by helping with lubricating the door tracks, and even helped us set up the extras that came with the opener, like the app and keypad. Responsive, Reliable, Reasonable, can't get better than that. Jesse is very nice, honest, and very helpful.

Jesse is a good honest person. After z20 years my door went out and Jesse came and found out what exactly was wrong. I needed a new motor and Jesse installed a new motor along with sensors, two remotes, garage button and programmed all of my vehicles home link switches to operate the door also. He also installed the app on my phone so I can know if I left the garage open after I leave home. The app can also close it remotely via WiFi link. So you can anywhere in the world and open or close your door. Give him a call and support local businesses! Aloha and mahalo Jesse! read more

Jesse came by and pointed out the defaults in the garage door. My spring which was installed 2015 about 11 years ago seemed small for the size of my garage door. He states the lifespan for the springs are around 10 years considering u maintain with lube every 6 months or so. Jesse adjusted my wire which also came loose and the panel of the path of the roller. He also advised me what 2 look for in the future with the certain type of garage door I have. Very friendly and communicative- final charge was consistent to the estimate given. This is one job that should be left to the pros - thanks Jesse read more

Had a broken spring on my garage and Jesse responded within 10 minutes of my request. He quoted me $289-389, which was slightly cheaper than all of the other quotes. Jesse even said he had availability for later that day, but I ended up scheduling for 2 days later due to my schedule. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would and went to work, he finished about an hour later and tested everything to make sure it works as it supposed to. He wrote up the invoice as quoted, and emailed it to me later that day. I was able to pay with Apple Pay making everything easy! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing garage services! Jesse arrived exactly on time and diagnosed the problem within seconds. He had all his tools, extra parts and even a ladder so didn't have to leave for anything and fixed it immediately in such a professional and efficient manner. Also recommended getting it serviced once a year and gave us good tips to keep it running properly, avoid accidentally hitting objects near the eye and other helpful info like the lifespan of the motor and when we may need to replace it. Exceptional service from a knowledgeable and personable professional. I called Jesse in the morning and he arrived at my home at noon. He detected that the drive belt for my garage door had a section where the teeth had stripped off of the belt. In order to replace the belt, Jesse had to partially drop the motor from the ceiling so that he could access the drive sprocket for the belt. In addition, the new belt had to be slightly modified in order for it to fit properly. He also lubricated critical friction points of the door. Once all was completed, the door operated perfectly. It took 2 hours to complete the work and during that time Jesse also freely gave me advise on the operation and maintenance of the garage door. He was honest in his assessment of the garage door components and only addressed items that required attention. The door and motor are 24 years old and I would not hesitate using Jesse's services again. He is definitely on my short list of excellent businesses that I have dealt with over the years. read more
