It came with a defective locking mechanism that never worked. We've been trying to get a new locking mechanism from HDW for over six months now, dating back to April 2025. The funny thing is, I've talked to three associates starting with Zara, then Amir and finally David. Zara (I believe the receptionist) who did all she could to get the warehouse to ship me the part. When that didn't happen, she put me in touch with Amir & David.
