We had two broken windows that couldn't stay open as well as a window that slid very roughly, along with a broken door knob and a ripped window screen. Miguel and his team were able to not only restore all the broken parts to perfect condition but also replace the window and door knob with a new one. The door knob matched exactly like the other doors, and the window was beautiful with the same design but better quality and energy efficient! Miguel was easy to communicate with and explained well what was wrong with windows/doors and the options we could choose for each. He was easy to approach with any concerns while also being professional. He and his team took their time on their job and made sure everything was good before we paid. We're really happy with the results and thankful to have found a business that we'll be counting on for future window and door needs! Thank you!

The best part of working with Josh and his team is the great and consistent communication. Our project to replace a 2nd story sliding glass door met a slight issue with damage beyond what could be originally assessed. Josh, Homero and the team were able to fix and continue their work. They even finished before the original timeline with the extra damage to fix! While this was the higher of the original quotes we received, the product and service we received was worth every penny. The team addressed our family's concern of keeping the carpet clean and they did an amazing job cleaning up. Sustainable Home Construction's work is one I'm excited to show off to family and friends.

We also went with a company that would not shy away from new construction windows since we knew we had termite damage around one of the windows. They did a great job and the extra cost for new construction was well worth it. The window company they use is located in Anaheim and has a showroom and is very comparable with Milgard and Anlin windows. Communication with Josh was super easy and fast through text and I'd highly recommend him.

After changing an appointment to do the final measurement (which can happen) he made another appointment for the next morning. That morning prior to the set time he called and said they could not do the job. The "boss" told him to cancel because they got a bigger job and they could not make time for my job. This was not a cracked window job--it was a full day's worth of work. Apparently satisfying a customer who they said they were happy to see liked to employ local businesses rather than big chains was not really what they are all about. I cannot attest to the quality of their work since they do not show up. However, if you want to do business with a company that will actually provide you with service this is not the place to go.

Josh and his staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure the measurements were right for what I needed. Everything was well protected and arrived back at my shop without any damage. As a woodworker, getting accurate glass dimensions is extremely important because even a small mistake can create problems during installation. These pieces dropped right into the doors exactly as planned. Great workmanship, great customer service, and a very smooth experience from start to finish.
