DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! This company doesn't deserve 1 star and in my experience deserves 2 thumbs down I had Enrique come out several months ago and was provided a quote to replace 2 windows & a sliding glass door. We'll now I'm ready to get the work done and called him to start the project. He reneged on his initial quote and said that he would need to come back out and reprice the project, which I was actually fine with. We confirmed on a date and time but he never showed up, cancelled several other times, and then just stopped responded to my calls and text messages. Sorry Enrique but that's not how you do business or treat a potential paying customer that would have referred you to family and friends if your work was good. There are lots of other window companies in the area and I chose one that I'm very happy with. They did great work and were RESPONSIVE. We contacted EMC after receiving an estimates from different contractors.. BOTTOM LINE: EMC had the best deal for same services. After our meeting, we agreed on a style of windows, price, and date... beating anything the other contractors had to offer. This company does minimal contact- which is my preference- contact stays to the point. They showed up the day of windows change EXACTLY on time, and left before our expected time, with all windows changed. After the window change, we were told two of our windows were faulty because of the MANUFACTURER- something I would have never noticed and I appreciated this company's attention to detail and replacement. read more

Enrique and Daniel worked diligently and with great care to make sure the windows he installed looked great and fit the house perfectly. When he discovered some of the interior window casings he had planned didn't fit perfectly because the wall was thicker than anticipated, he bought brand new material to build and installed the casings that fits just right for the house. Each window casing had to be different thickness, so each had to be custom built. The exterior seal of the window to the stucco was very well done to make sure the windows will weather future rainstorms. End product are windows that look great, functions well to seal the house, and the price is unbeatable. Fantastic! I highly recommend this company. read more

Commissioned EMC Windows for a complete retrofit for my windows and doors. This included two French doors with side lites and screen covers. Along with one sliding door for my office den. Windows are double pane along with a slight tint to keep the heat out in the summer. Some window openings were modified to fit the size of windows we wanted. Order was placed and it would take a few weeks for the windows and doors to be built prior to install. An installation date was set awaiting production completion. Enrique and his crew arrived with all the doors and windows ordered plus the shutters to go along with the whole set-up. Due to delays with my contractor at the time, my master bathroom window wasn't ready and completed for EMC to install the shutters but as soon as it's completed, EMC promises to return with those shutters and finish the master bathroom retrofit. In all, I am happy with the outcome and looking forward to having the windows in my ADU that is separate from this main house to undergo a similar retrofit. Some pics attached.
