Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. After the installation was complete, the workers did a final inspection and noticed that one of the window panels had a small flaw and the secondary lock on the new sliding door wasn't working correctly. Jaci immediately took charge and filed a work order with Milgard to get it serviced. Milgard's team responded quickly, scheduled a visit, and fixed both issues perfectly.
