Overall, my experience at Surefoot was good - the person who helped me out was attentive and knowledgeable, and my customizable boots have been a game changer! I'm deducting one star because, while I personally was able to be accommodated close to my appointment time, I only grant that as a fluke since there happened to be another staff member around. Another party came in after me that had an appointment at the exact same time, and were still standing by the door 30 or 40 minutes later. After they did the foam process in my boot, I noted that there appeared to be some extra wiggling around in there. When I notified the employee that was helping me, he said I should give it a try and could always go back to another Surefoot location to get it fixed. Unfortunately it didn't get better and I ended up with shin bang the first day trying them - luckily there was another Surefoot location at the resort I was at where I was able to get it fixed, but a little disappointed given the cost. However, I'd say they're thorough and knowledgeable about their work. They are quite expensive though, and don't talk about price until they are requesting payment. But, I do love that you can go to any Surefoot for adjustments once you have made the initial investment, and will definitely come back the next time I have new ski boots. read more

Had a great experience here the other day. The tech Miguel really set me up for success and walked me through the whole process. Made an appointment online and was taken care of right away and on schedule. I couldn't believe I was able to come in, get fitted, get the foam in the boots, and walk out the same day with everything I needed. They were real busy but still took great care of me and made sure I was good to go for the ski season. Shout out to Mike as well for helping send me on my way and making sure everything fit and felt great. My only complaint about my 2-year-old boots was too much space over the instep. Surefoot assured me they could add plenty of foam in the tongue of their custom liners to take up this space. $770 later, they're sticking boot fitting foam on the sides of my instep because "the tongue doesn't accept much foam". What? That's all I wanted in the first place. These liners are completely useless to me. A very expensive waste of a lot of money. read more

Surefoot is the best decision you will make when it comes to your ski boots. Definitely utilize the Denver team's tenure in the boot industry if you are in the market for the perfect fit. Their customer first approach is what you need when perfecting your boots to your abilities. I have had Mike the store Manager work on my boots for the past five years. He is by far the only bootfitter who has made my clunky punting football feet feel comfortable through all aspects of my skiing. From helping me get comfortable in my alpine boots, as well as my touring boots, it's been a pleasure working with someone who has the correct knowledge along with the persistence to guarantee I am going to always ski with the perfect combination of performance and comfort. Recently Mike left the Park City, Utah location to take the lead at the new Denver Surefoot. I was in Denver last weekend and was able to catch Mike and have him help me get setup with new touring boots and custom footbeds. Overall had a great experience at Surefoot Denver! Jack was amazing and super knowledgeable! Staff answered all my questions and was really thorough in their responses. I give 4 stars only because they didn't have the best system in place to accommodate those with reservations over walk-ins(they said I would be there under an hour, and I was there for almost 4 hours). The good news is the area has lots of other shopping restaurants if you do need to wait for a bit. Overall really friendly staff that will do almost anything to make sure you are equipped for the season. There was even a guy who wanted to get fitted a second time after being there a few days prior, and they were quick to accommodate him. The boot heaters they installed for me have been my favorite thing about my new boots so far this ski season. Will be back to Surefoot for any future fittings/boot issues that may arise! read more

Up until now you had to visit the mountain resorts to find a Surefoot, and now we have one right here in Denver! Any reputable outfitter will tell you that comfortable boots are the most important part of your ski setup, and Surefoot is a good place to start. Full disclosure - you won't find killer sales or big discounts here. Surefoot makes custom insoles, makes custom liners, and puts them in shells from Lange, Tecnica, Nordica, to name a few. The liner is molded to the exact shape of your foot, ankle, and leg, which provides optimal support and also reduces air pockets (which cause feet to get cold). The exact fit will improve your skiing, and you won't need to over-tighten in some spots to make up for poor-fitting boots, which can cut off circulation, which also causes your feet to get cold. The setup isn't inexpensive, but you are getting first-class materials and equipment. The best part about Surefoot is the lifetime service and warranty. They will back their product for years (outside of normal wear and tear of course) and they will make modifications to ensure you have the right fit. I've taken my boots in for modifications three times, and they take care of me every time. You are in the Surefoot system, so you can go to any location and they will look you up. For those of us that do not live in the mountains having a Surefoot here in Denver is a big deal. read more

Running Shoe Inserts I recently flew into Colorado from Dallas for a shoe insert fitting appointment as we don't have a SureFoot near us. Rory did a foot scan for me to have some new inserts made. After walking and running with the new inserts for a month now, I have to say they are absolutely perfect. I have high arches and the inserts have absolutely saved me. I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service provided to me every step of the way (no pun intended). From my calls with Mike to make my appointment to Rory's management during my appointment, it has been first class all of the way! Rory took the time to explain to me how the inserts should fit and the associated benefits. He ensured the inserts were a great fit and asked me to confirm that they were JUST RIGHT before making a second set. Thank you so much for helping me get back to me active life! It has been very challenging and I cannot adequately express my gratitude. I had a great experience at Surefoot's Denver location. I had high expectations of the product, given their notoriety. The customer service at the Denver location is second to none, and everyone who helped me through the process was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've had several days of great skiing on these boots and they have been PERFECT so far. I have no doubt in my mind that these boots will be comfortable and durable for many years to come. My husband had ski boots custom made here and they've been awesome! We were both so very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, knowledge and skills of the staff. The technology was amazing!! They offered us a discount on having shoe orthotics made; my husband had just had some made and the ones Surefoot made were very different from the ones we had recently purchased. His comment was that his shoes felt like a different pair of shoes and supported his ankle (yes, his ankle!) so well!! Everything was also done within about 60-90 minutes! read more

This place is the best. I had boots that never fit well even after several fittings and these guys took care of it. They fit perfectly now. They spent hours getting it just right. And coat so much less than I thought it would. Mike and mike know their stuff. And they are great guys who really care about helping you get what you need, not what they want to sell you. They have all the best stuff including crazy high end custom boots but they never pushed a thing. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are just opening up and are still getting the store up and running, once they do, this is my new go to ski and boot shop. read more
