I took a pair of Frye leather boots in to be repaired because the leather had pulled away from the bottom sole. I asked if this could be repaired. The owner said yes, but because he had to sew a leather piece on the inside some of that would show. I asked how much would show and would it be obvious. He indicated just a little bit (whatever that means to him it wasn't what I tight, he also said they were nice boots and should be repaired. Apparently it meant about two inches of wrinkled barely matched leather that looked horrible. Very obvious and unbearable. Honestly my 80 yo mother with cataract could have sewed it better. I asked that they be redone. When I picked them up again I can safely say they were even worse. The sloppy unskilled work is unbelievable. This guy needs to shut down his business, retire and never look at a pair of shoes again. LADIES! DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE EXPENSIVE SHOES TO THIS GUY! He is rude and unskilled, don't go there even for a simple resole. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is 100% deserved. I will say he gave me $50 or the $80 I paid him back but I left with boots I will never wear again that will go straight into the dump. They are not fixable even by a highly skilled cobbler. Let the pictures show you how bad these look.

She said what is the price, oh I didn't think the price was right, uh huh, etc. Hung up and said to me it is $10. I told her that I could hear the voice mail message, the phone number being repeated, etc. and why would you fake a conversation? Obviously she was ripping off her employer. Buyer beware, and I hope the owner sees this. I know as an owner I would want to know.

He was able to swap out the entire bottom with a much more durable rubber sole and they look good as new. He even freshened up the cork a bit to protect them! I think the price was fair and it feels like a much better option than buying new shoes. He was quick and friendly - I'll definitely be going back the next time I need some shoe touch ups.

After they did the foam process in my boot, I noted that there appeared to be some extra wiggling around in there. When I notified the employee that was helping me, he said I should give it a try and could always go back to another Surefoot location to get it fixed. Unfortunately it didn't get better and I ended up with shin bang the first day trying them - luckily there was another Surefoot location at the resort I was at where I was able to get it fixed, but a little disappointed given the cost. However, I'd say they're thorough and knowledgeable about their work. They are quite expensive though, and don't talk about price until they are requesting payment. But, I do love that you can go to any Surefoot for adjustments once you have made the initial investment, and will definitely come back the next time I have new ski boots.

They were real busy but still took great care of me and made sure I was good to go for the ski season. Since you can only pick up your suit two days before your event, I asked that my suit be sent to the Littleton store. My suit was sent to the Arlington Heights, Illinois store. A suit with my measurements was then sent overnight to the Littleton store. When it arrived it came without socks or a suit jacket. The socks were easily replaced. The suit jacket had to be sent overnight to arrive the day before the wedding. The suit jacket that arrived was too small. Like I said this was error after error from the corporation and Arlington Heights store. Everyone (and I saw most of the staff) in the Littleton store did everything they could to make everything right. They quickly replaced the missing socks. When the suit jacket came in too small, they found a suit off the rack that would work with the style of the wedding. They even offered to give me a full refund. Thank you for bending over backwards to make sure that I would have something to wear for my sister's wedding. I truly appreciate everyones efforts in helping solve these problems.

Sadly my little Yorkie that gets into everything, rip off my receipt so I went back to the store and explained that to the manager when he asked for the receipt. He was really rude and told me that there was just one transaction at their system so they just gave me $20 back to my credit card and a gift card for $30. So I still have merchandise for $250 that Eddie Bauer won't let me exchange or return. I tried to show the manager the charges from Eddie Bauer on my Bank account and he said that he didn't care about those charges, that if I didn't have the receipt they wont do returns or exchanges. This store should have a HUGE sign warning the customers NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT ! I won't go back. I feel mistreated and cheated.
