Eddie Bauer Outlet - Men's Clothing Near Me - Lakewood, Colorado

I went three times last week to this outlet store and spent more than $300. Few of the things that I bought didn't fit my kids and grandkids so I went back to return them or at least exchange them. Sadly my little Yorkie that gets into everything, rip off my receipt so I went back to the store and explained that to the manager when he asked for the receipt. He was really rude and told me that there was just one transaction at their system so they just gave me $20 back to my credit card and a gift card for $30. So I still have merchandise for $250 that Eddie Bauer won't let me exchange or return. I tried to show the manager the charges from Eddie Bauer on my Bank account and he said that he didn't care about those charges, that if I didn't have the receipt they wont do returns or exchanges. This store should have a HUGE sign warning the customers NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT ! I won't go back. I feel mistreated and cheated. read more

I bought a shirt from this store at the Mills Mall. The person at the register said there was a register error and that she couldn't figure out how to give me a receipt. After 10 minutes I received a receipt from a manager that she folded in half. When I got home I looked at the receipt and it had nothing to do with what I bought. In general, I don't mind shopping- but I really dislike trying on clothes, especially at the mall. I tend to get irritated with the process quickly, and as I'm on the shorter side, it can be difficult to fine clothing fits well. In general, Eddie Bauer always fits. Their clothes are comfortable without being too bulky- they are also very well-made. All in all, this is a one stop clothing shop, and for me that means everything. read more

Came to Colorado to visit a friend in Parker. When I lived in CO, I lived and worked in Lakewood and visited Colorado Mills often. This Eddie Bauer Outlet is SO much better than the Eddie Outlet at the Castle Rock Outlets. So I drove all the way here... to be misled by the signage in the mall! This store is on the far end of the mall now. And it's GORGEOUS. A whole new store interior, same huge selection. I came here specifically with dreams of finding a yellow corduroy jacket in a plus size that our ONE store in Western NY did not have. I found the EXACT size and color I was looking for, plus it was 50% off, and... The ONLY one in the entire store on the plus size rack! I struck gold!!!! The chupacabra of corduroy jackets is now mine!! Hahahahaha! Anyway, I just love love love this store. And I always will no matter how far away I live. And I wish we had an exact replica in Western NY State. Sigh... I will just have to return to the Denver Metro Region for this sweet Eddie Bauer store in Lakewood from time to time to find some magnificent items for myself! read more

Me and my family do a lot of hiking and we're really happy to have come across this store. Now, my husband is 6ft3 and 200lbs of muscle so it is really hard to find clothes that fit him. I am 5ft petite and also can never find anything to fit me, especially jeans. I came in during the labor day sale and got my husband 5 pairs of work jeans, regularly 90$ a pair, for 9.99$ each. I got a 100$ pair of hiking shoes for 30$ and a bunch of flannels for 9.99$ regularly 70$. And Eddie Bauer is high end hiking and adventure clothing. So to say the least we are pretty happy we have clothes for winter. :) read more

We love Eddie Bauer. This location has tons of variety and twice as much as regular stores. Also, they have Tall sizes for Men, which is rare to find in-store. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Although there are many employees wandering around and talking, they are not so quick to help when needed. But, luckily most everything is organized and fairly easy to find. read more

This is part outlet store, part clearance/catalog overstock. Can find some really great deals on shoes and clothes- just have to hit it on the right day- end of summer I got $70 summer sweaters from the retail catalog for $4.99 each. $150 trench coat for $12.99. Women's Born shoes for $25 or less. Sometimes we leave with nothing. Sales people are helpful. read more

I did not have a good experience at this store. Entered the store and an employee at the entrance gave me and up and down look without saying anything. I was looking at jackets and an older lady, another employee just looked at me and walked away. Two other employees were chatting at the front of the store and never offered to help or say anything to me as I walked out. Rude staff, never again ! read more

Alright! This place is pretty okay. After recently moving to the "good" side of the mall, I'm happy to say this place still has their racks of serious clearance stuff, as well as a good array of regular clothing at a discount, usually. One of my favorite parts of this store is the selection of pants. I'm a tall, tall girl, and EB tall pants actually fit me, and on clearance, they never run me more than $20 per pair. This store is awesome. We just moved to the area from suburban Chicago. My dad had sent me a pair of jeans that were one size too small so I came to exchange them. Not only did I get the right size, I left with 3 additional pairs. They have such a great selection of styles and sizes, including "short" sizes. It is probably 5 times bigger than the stores near my old home and the prices are so much better! They also have tall sizes here for my husband which is awesome! This is for the Eddie Bauer Southwest Plaza and online... "Shame on you Eddie Bauer! Your customer service should be called DIService. I tried to return one of 2 items I received as a gift from my spouse at your store in Littleton CO. I did not find anything I wanted to exchange so asked them, with my receipt in hand, to credit the item back to the card on which it was purchased. I was told I could have store credit or mail it in for credit. What is the difference???? Oh, the $6-12 you charge for return postage. I DROVE to the store to return it but because I did not bring my husbands credit card, I was told I had to take store credit. I don't have to mail in my credit card when I do a return by mail!!! I will now be returning both items and shopping at REI from now on...NEVER had an issue with any returns and they always take care of their customers. I even called Eddie Bauer on the phone as I left the store...again...what customer service???" read more
