I patiently waited in the dressing room line for 20 minutes (no joke) and finally was able to try it on. Unfortunately the dress was too big, so my mom went to grab me a new size. The employee yelled at her when she came back to my room with a new size and said I had to leave the dressing room and wait in line again if I wanted to try on another dress. She yelled at my mom and told her if I was not going to wait again to "put it back on the rack right now." I understand if she was bringing me a brand new dress, but it was just a different size! That reaction was ridiculous.

Their instagram also has great ideas on how to style clothing pieces differently. Every time I come in the girls there have been very kind, Madison especially. Madison has been there the last couple of times I've stopped in and she's always so happy. She's helped me with fitting questions, always offers tips on how to style certain pieces and is even honest with suggesting another color that might look better (which I VERY much appreciate). I have to say, the overall guidance and positivity from Madison is probably one of the main reasons I leave with more than just 1 piece of clothing every time.

They lady who works in store, asked me if I wanted to try it on, I said no, she looked me up and down and said, "just so you know all cloths from that rack are final". It made me so embarrassed that I put the dress back and left the store. If you are not an extra small or medium do not shop there. I suffer from BDD and this situation has left me feeling shamed for not being their "normal" sized customer. Today they lost my business. I love the jeans they carry and have purchased several pairs from them. I will now find another boutique to shop at outside of Belmar.

Yes the prices are slightly higher than fast fashion outlets like Forever 21 and Target so if those stores are your price point you can still find beautiful accessories here but the clothes are for long term wear here. The staff proceeded to tell me they don't have that and I showed them the picture and they said that the website sometimes doesn't always update which is understandable. But when I asked if they could just double check in the back to see if they had it, they said we don't have it. So probably won't be coming back for a while, which is a bummer because I love this place.

I lost the original card that I purchased my item…read morewith and when I came to return the item, they wouldn't accept any other card to process the return. In the end I had to accept store credit, which wasn't ideally what I wanted to do. I have to note that the person at the register was great and really tried to help me, but it seems that management wouldn't allow any exceptions. They really need to have a more flexible system for such scenarios, it's hard to imagine that a credit card machine wouldn't have the function to return-process another card. Anyway, I will use up the store credit and then I won't be back
