Many times I just put in a prescription refill at the pharmacy and Solid Oak would quickly approve it. Their staff are always very friendly and efficient. Always getting blood work to to the correct in-network labs. Never any billing issues. Always very fair pricing. Great quality of care. Unfortunately the practice is closing 12/20/2019. There is a new practice taking over the office space and some of the Solid Oak staff will be transferring to this new practice. I would like to thank Solid Oak's doctor and staff for providing many wonderful years of top quality health care.

I have never felt more cared for and heard in my entire 47yrs of life. She offers a variety of care. She goes beyond just your physical care, she is invested in your mental well-being too! Her team and office staff are dedicated to making you feel comfortable! She has a snack place in case you missed lunch! She even offers a variety of beverages to wash it down with! She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! The doctor in question I've been seeing, Dr. Sandra Ordonez really helped me put my health back on track for the last half year or so since I started seeing her. When I came into Austin Primary Care a few months ago I was suffering from an uncontrolled case of Type 2 Diabetes and going through a rough patch, and over the last few months she helped give me the tools and most of all encouragement to get my levels back to completely normal (As of today!). I couldn't be happier with the care that I got, the healthier lifestyle I'm embracing and I really appreciated the online portal that APCC uses to keep in touch with your doctor free of charge if you have any questions. I sincerely got the feeling that the doctors here actually cared about my well being, which is unfortunately a rare thing to find as of late. Achalasia was healed but Dr Stephan Bowers forever grateful and when I got home he even supported me to tell the doctors to give me a test when they did not think throwing up blood and screaming the worst pain in my life just by drinking water was valid I got a GI tear and they wanted to send me home even after I showed them pictures of the blood of just one hospital tray but they said I wasn't Anemic from blood test enough ???????? What ? I have a tear ? I called Dr Bowers and he had the brains to tell them give her a endoscopic !! Then my other doctor on call demands who fixed me??? Then says " I can do it today but I want all the doctors eyes on you " Wow , even doctors came in to meet me or show me inventions As a woman in Fremont three one nice doctor out and said" she needs her rest" But he was a Happy Doctor wanting you help out patients in a whole different field . I've seen the Good , very good bed side manners And even doctors showing me how other radiologists have misdiagnosed my xrays That led to serious problems ahead in my life .
