This restaurant specializes in organic, grass fed cuts of beef from around the world. If you like steak, look no further.
We made reservations via email before our trip and had no problem. Very easy! When we arrived, we were warmly greeted. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable with a modern feel. We were especially impressed with and grateful for our server. The menu changes weekly and is completely in French. Since we can only speak English, our server described what they had to offer and even invited us into the kitchen to speak with the chef (also able to speak English) and see what cuts of steak were available before placing our order. They went out of their way to accommodate us while others would have considered us a nuisance.
The portion sizes were generous and everything we had to eat was both perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Although on the pricier side (49€/person for appetizer, entree, and a dessert), we felt like the quality of food and service was well worth the cost. If we are ever in Paris again, then we will definitely return to Sur La Braise. read more
