Called and spoke with Marlene, we were having work done on our yard and needed stump removal and a last minute tree removal. I called and spoke with Marlene and she was great! She pointed me to Temaris and he called me right away and was able to schedule his guys to come out bright & early the next day!! They did an amazing and clean job. The previous company we hired didn't do a complete job that's why we had Supreme Tree Experts come out to do the job right. We were grateful for the good pricing and very quick response. Highly recommend this tree removal company! read more

This is our 3rd time having a large tree trimming job completed by Supreme Tree Experts and we honestly would not consider anyone else for the job. They are always responsive, on time, respectful of one's property, go over a plan and price in person, and leave the job clean...thank you to all staff for a job well done and Happy Holidays read more

We were very impressed with Supreme Tree Service, from beginning to end. Our agreement was detailed and carried out completely, with quality and thought and care. Their work was impeccable and our discussions were open, honest and professional. They cared about their work and that was evident as we saw their work as they carried it out into its completion. I would recommend them and hire them again without doubt. read more

A tree fell on my power lines and Jose and his crew showed up same day and did an amazing job! Saved my life. Saved my power lines. 110% recommended! read more

My drip irrigation system wasn't working property and then quit altogether. Jose came in, assessed the problem, scheduled a day to fix it, and then did the work. He installed a new regulator and mini sprayers, also increased the pressure so the side yard was getting more water. Everything works fine now. They did a great job! read more

Complete and utter disrespect. They cut down some large trees in my neighbors yard and decided that they could use my yard for 3 hours WITHOUT asking. Proceeded to destroy property, patches of grass, and other landscaping. Out of respect to my neighbor, I decided to not call the police and deal with him directly. I was given the owners name, Temis, and was told he would be calling. I am not sure if he even apologized for what went on. He thought it was out of line to ask for compensation and basically told me how I should be reacting to the situation. So destroying property is ok? It's my fault my lawn is there? Complete jerk. I wouldn't hire this company if you paid me. They will cut any corner imaginable and the owner doesn't know the definition of accountability. read more

When our 100 year old stone pine died this summer, my wife and I were faced with a tough situation. The tree was enormous - I'm guessing 60 feet tall, 18 feet around the base, with limbs the size of ordinary tree trunks. And this wasn't in a forest somewhere. It was right next to our house (not to mention a neighbor's house). It also shaded a 20 foot schefflaria I planted years ago and wanted to save. We got bids from five contractors. After I talked to them all and checked out their licenses and work, we decided to go with Supreme. The price wasn't out of the ballpark, but it also wasn't the cheapest. So why did we pick them? First of all, the boss, Temis Gonzalez, was involved personally. And he simply knew more than the other people I talked to. He knew trees (he's an arborist as well as a former climber), and he'd done big jobs before. He was also the only one I spoke to who believed he could save the schefflaria -- and he was right. Temis knew the things that can go wrong. He put down plywood to protect an adjacent patio from falling sap. He tied up the schefflaria, laid down a bed of branches to help catch trunk slices as they came down, and created a log barrier to protect the studio from the larger slices before they were taken off. As for the crew, this was not a couple inexperienced helpers, it was a half dozen guys who knew exactly what they were supposed to do and did it. The job took a day and a half, and when they were done, they left the place immaculate. It was like the tree had never been there. A few years ago, when my neighbor across the street took out a tree like this one, it took a week. I thought they'd never finish. I don't ordinarily do reviews, but I can't say enough about these guys. They are professionals. read more

Horrible company. Made and appointment for an estimate, they just didn't show up, no call nothing. I called them 3 times to find out where they are ? no one answered - just the machine. I rescheduled, and guess what, they did it again. I took off work to meet them and they just blew me off. Not even a call. read more

Supreme started tree removal in July 2023 and cut trees down to stumps. There were supposed to grind down all stumps. They did not show up a few days later, but called to reschedule. After a couple of hours late, one person arrived and removed most of the stumps, cleaned up well,, and told me that they would have to return with a smaller grinder to remove the final stumps by the wall. No one has ever come, and I have to call them several times a week for the past month. Marlene kept telling me she would check and get back to me "in ten minutes." She never did. I keep asking to speak with Temis, but he has never returned my calls. It's been over a month and they never return my calls. The stumps they were supposed to grind down are now growing new shoots. I am very disappointed now with this company and cannot recommend them. read more

The Supreme Tree Team were quick and efficient when removing our trees. They cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them.

I didn't hire Supreme, but based on an interaction with them, I never would. When servicing my neighbors they pulled up in front of my house, ironically taking a branch off of my tree. They simply pulled away without addressing the crunch of the branch or my calls to them. I stopped them down the street and they acknowledged they did it and were rude and dismissive. This is not a group of people I would trust with my trees. Definite NO. read more

This company has been stellar in their professionalism and customer service. Temis and his team were very careful and considerate as they pruned our tall tabebuia tree. Great job! read more

Used these folks several years ago and to cut down a large tree and they service was acceptable. I can't even be bothered with sharing a full story right now, but I can assure that the poor Yelp ratings are accurate. They are unreliable and do not keep schedule appointments. Luckily for me I double booked with other tree service providers so I wouldn't waste my days waiting for their arrival. They do not return phone calls and I have zero patience for BS. Please spend your $$$ with a company that values and respects your time and hard earned dollars. This company is NOT it!!! They should learn to Respect the customers or they will lose the customer! read more

Thank you to Temis and the hard working crew that pruned our tree once again. they showed up on time, worked diligently to get the overgrown tree back in shape ready for another growing cycle. i appreciate your care and compassion. it grows so fast, i wish i had asked for it to be a little shorter. but i rely on the professional to know how much can be removed safely without harming the tree. We had windstorm that caused my neighbor's 50ft eucalyptus tree fallen over our house on top of the roof. When I called the company, I was immediately connected to Temis, their estimator. He assessed the situation via Factime and gave me a quote. Within 45 min of accepting the quote, 5 man crew came out and removed the tree. They were fast, professional, and easy to communicate. It was a disaster but handled by the professional people who knew what they were doing. I highly recommend their service. read more

These guys are amazing. They had great communication before the job. They showed up on-time and were quick and efficient. They listened to what my wife and I wanted done. They cut back a pine tree in the front yard and a very overgrown avocado tree tangled with power and utility lines. Nothing was damaged, no one got hurt and they did an excellent job trimming and shaping both trees. I highly recommend them. read more

I was really happy with Temis when he came to the house and looked at my tree situation. Very prompt and professional from quote through to end of project. I had 2 very large trees near our house that needed to be removed. I called. Estimator came by same day. Next day a crew of 6 showed up, dressed in uniforms, and wearing masks! They were prepared and brought 3 trucks: one for wood chipper, one to reach tops of large trees and one to hold the tree cuttings for disposal. Their employees had a hierarchy from those doing heavy lifting, to arborists, to supervisor and to "Patron" - very efficient and effective. They showed respect for one another. They were all nice and worked extremely hard, cleaned everything up and finished the job within hours. I would have given them 5 stars but decided upon 4 as they are a bit pricey. However, it's well worth the cost. You won't be disappointed. read more

Very professional and experienced. Had to have my 30 foot guava tree trimmed along with an overgrown Carolina Cherry and privacy bushes that had grown into trees! Temis G. provided a prompt and reasonable estimate for the job. Hernan and his team arrived a week later and did a GREAT JOB!! Trimming was beautiful and they did a thorough clean-up not only at my home but also at my back neighbor's. The definitely knew what they were doing!! Hernan is also very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again for next time! read more

Temis really knows what he is doing. He is a tree expert. He and his team came out to trim a very troublesome large tree and another average sized tree for us. They showed up on time, they were extremely professional and did an incredible job. Temis who is a certified arborist supervised the entire job. They cleaned up and put everything back the way they found it. We a very pleased with the job Temis and his team did for us. Thank you for doing such wonderful work. I highly recommend and will be using them for ongoing maintenance and future tree trims. read more

Hernan, Luis, and Jose were AMAZING! Our backyard was full of overgrown trees. We had to have 6 trees removed and 4 huge palm trees trimmed back (that hadn't been touched in over 15+ years). They arrived in the morning, were unbelievably fast, cleaned up flawlessly, and left our backyard absolutely beautiful! To top it all off, my husband and I were certain that the noise would impact our work calls, but they were surprisingly quiet too, which really helped make our work so much easier! We will without a doubt be using this company to help maintain the trees moving forward! Thank you for the amazing service! read more

NO SHOW. Cancelled first appointment because of rain. Rescheduled for a Saturday with a 2 hour window. I had to completely reschedule my day but if it meant getting a quote, so be it. Keep in mind this was for one 80ft palm tree. All they needed to do was park the car and look up as was done with another company. So stayed home all day. Appointment was set for 12 - 2. By 2:30 called the office. Was told would call appraiser to see what time he was showing. I could no longer wait. Wasted my day. Customer service is everything to me. They should have called me with an updated time. DO NOT USE!! If I could, I would give them NO stars. read more

The Supreme Tree Team did a very good job -- Hernan, Luis, and Jose and all others were great. We have a 1/2 acre of Olives, Palms, and many other trees as well as substantial bushes. They were happy to take my 10% deposit and schedule the service. I stayed home from work to meet them and let them know what we wanted. No one showed up. I double checked the contract we signed for the date and time, and I had it right. I emailed them and got no response for several days, at which point they offered no explanation and accused me of having a "communication error." We rescheduled and I again stayed home from work. It's now an hour after they were supposed to be here and no one is answering their phone. I've missed two days of work and paid $160 to be stood up twice. We called this company based on a great review from a friend. Temis, the arborist, was fantastic. He was on time and gave us a no-nonsense assessment of two trees that needed help. His pricing was very fair so we decided to go with his company for our tree services. The reason I am only giving the company 4 stars is due to the tardiness of the work crew. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 8 am. I contacted Temis when they didn't show and he told me they would be there by 11am. I happened to be working from home that day, but for any other given workday, this would have been problematic and likely having to be re-scheduled. Anyway, the crew were courteous, fast, and did a great job. They also were available for questions on the way. I would have liked to give them 5 stars but I have to ding one star for the lack on timeliness. read more

I wrote the very first very positive review found here in 2015. I was one of Supreme's first customers and stayed with them for years as they grew and their prices increased. At one point their prices went up too high to be competitive for me. I have since replaced Supreme with another very competent, competitively priced and agreeable service. Several days ago the company representative called and asked if I would like to give them an opportunity to give me an estimate. I agreed and set an appointment. When they did not show up on time I called the office. The representative told me she would check it out and call me back. In a minute Timis called and said he didn't know the point of coming over to give me an estimate, as the last time I found their price too high, so what would be the point. And, anyway the price would be double now. I could not believe the arrogance. I reminded Timis his office called me to solicit my business. Sometimes a company can get too successful, and being competent is just not enough. read more

Horrible, the 2 men that showed up did not speak English and were unable to communicate with us. They cut the tree as they wanted and when pressed about it or asked to cut more off limbs against the house and over the pool, they refused and called their boss. He told us we would have to pay $50.00 more to cut off the little more we wanted. The cleanup was very poor. We actually had the neighbor from across the street cut the little extra off. (Now the crazy part!) The owner never showed up to collect the cash! I decided to post this because a person did show up at our house almost a year later, claiming that they had sent several bills which I swear we never got. We checked the credentials of the person at our door and wrote them a check. Since them they have actually called to trim our tree again, HAH! read more
