Between the repair fees and accommodations I've lost over $800 by trusting Justin and Go Green Air. They also backed into my neighbors wall on the way out...Complete nightmare, DO NOT TAKE THE RISK with Go Green Air.

sorry for the delay. life gets in the way. like i said…read morebefore we believe in customer loyalty. frank responded to our concerns by informing us of what was going on i the office. we felt in good hands as he guided us through options for a new heat pump system. old hvac was 15+ yrs. explained we could upgrade n not change ducting. 2024 tricky at first was a very humid summer but system did its job they adjusted fan speed to get rid of humidity. winter system overheated at first but balanced itself. winter 2025 system worked fine down to 29*f. since they fixed app to show outside temp learned how to get the most out of system. when temp and dew point are near freezing if humidity is above 70*. system will defrost more often. so use home heating. thanks for help frank

This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

Michael came over, cleaned and serviced the oil burner, and explained to us that there was one part that needed to be replaced, not the entire burner, literally saving us thousands of dollars. He then walked us through the house and give us tips on how we can reduce our oil/electric costs (where we should weatherstrip, insulate, etc). All in all, this was first class service.
