Sticking with 5 stars! The original chef is back and you can tell! So happy they have the steel cut oats back- and the pepitas garnish is so good. Great coffee! Great brunch!

Supper was superb! We came for San Antonio Restaurant Weeks and it did not disappoint. The outdoor seating has a spectacular view of the Riverwalk/ Pearl. The service was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place but it is expensive

This spot is one of my beloved's & I's favorite little date-night restaurants. We started with a delicious beat/veggie starter, as well as a squash & pumpkin seed soup, both were delicious. Then our mains were a Duck Confit plate & Branzino fish, both were awesome. We had a wonderful server named Joy too! And she definitely delivered Joy & sweetness by being a gracious, kind, & knowledgeable server. We love Supper!!

We love the Hotel Emma. It's such a pretty hotel. Went here on a Saturday and had a great time. Both the service and the food were great! I had the steak and eggs. The portions were satisfying. I'll definitely be back to try more.

This place is gorgeous. Billy, our server, was so wonderful. He cared deeply about our service and was very careful about us being vegetarian. The vegetarian options were out of this world. The chef paid so much attention to our needs. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We had such a great experience at Supper at the Pearl! Our waitress, Mercedes, was amazing and took great care of us. After our lunch, she brought out the most delicious lattes that were the perfect finish to our meal. I ordered the wagyu burger and it was incredible, and the brussels sprouts were also so good! It was a beautiful day and we initially wanted to sit outside, but it was a little too breezy, so the team kindly accommodated us inside where it was cozy and comfortable. Overall, everything was delicious and the service made it even better. We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance of the restaurant was great. I love the old school classy. I also loved the complimentary valet. We had a 7pm reservation. We arrived at 650 and we were seated around 710. The restaurant was busy and there was a wedding reception at the back. It took the server 15 mins to address us for a drink and then to take our order We finally received our 6 oysters 45 mins into our visit. The oysters were really tasty It took another 45 mins for our meal to arrive. Our server was very apologetic and kept saying our food was coming out soon which it didn't. She did comp my mum some brut but for me this was just too much. I dont know how much is OK to handle My mums Lamb was delicious and also the side of beets and the fries with bearnaise I ordered the quail. It was a fried chicken style dish in a pot bowl thing. Which was very hard to eat from. You couldn't tell what was what. It was very delicious but soon got sickening from the grease. I love fried chicken but I expected it to be plated better and maybe a.bit more balanced Desserts came out quickly as the busyness died down. We ordered the banana mousse and white chocolate brulee. They were nice but too sweet so it was hard to finish

I have wanted to try Supper for a while and as we needed a location for a breakfast meeting today it was one of the few places open on a Monday so we gave it a go and glad we did ! Great service throughout and it's a beautiful space - also has an outdoor patio overlooking the river which was be lovely on a cooler day. Also loved the fact that it has the lovely signature Hotel Emma scent which smells amazing but subtle enough that it does not overpower a meal! I had their avocado and lox toast - everything here is very well priced and it was really good - needed ( and this is unusual for me to write ) just a touch of salt to add some more flavor but it was very good and very fresh! Will absolutely return here for cocktails and dinner!

Peaches and cream creme brulee

Came here for a work event. Located inside Hotel Emma. Looked absolutely beautiful and classy inside as one would expect. We had a prie fix menu to order from which consisted of salad, an entree and dessert. I got the wedge salad, NY strip steak and peaches and cream creme brulee. The wedge salad was a little disappointing. It was a bit too salty and just doused in too much blue cheese dressing. The steak was decent but unfortunately, they only cooked it to medium. The peaches and cream was phenomenal. Not too sweet and right balance of peach flavor to custard. Service was exceptional throughout the entire night.

Stuffed quail $34. (5.24.2025)

"Supper" was an impeccable choice for supper while we stayed at Hotel Emma. I made reservations for 8:15 pm on 5.24.2025. While there was an unusually long pause getting to our table, that along with a really loud drunk lady a few tables from us proved to be the only hiccups. Otherwise, our service from waitress Shen and others was exceptional. We ordered: + Prohibition Punch mocktail $10 (my youngest loved this) + Tropical Paradise mocktail $10 (my oldest thought hers was slightly better and I tended to agree) + Smoked Martini $14 - I have never made this and must find out how to soon. It was delicious. + Shrimp cocktail $26 - there were 5 so of course each of my girls got 2. + Stuffed quail $34 - my pre-teen girls each got their own plates and ate theirs right up! Their first time having quail too. + Tracy's truffle risotto $32 - this was a wonderfully comforting meal. This is a white linens restaurant, but I saw many folks dressed rather casually. RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 5 | Service: 5 | Ambiance: 5 | Price: 4

Service was exceptional! They quickly accommodated a group of 8. We went for brunch and stayed for a couple of hours. We never felt rushed. My food tasted good but my bread was a bit tough. I ended up hurting my jaw by dislodging it. This has never happened before. Again, the food was very good.

Great experience all around. Was quickly seated, staff are super friendly helpful. The food was delicious I am definitely coming back. A must eat while in the pearl or walking down the river walk.

It's a great option for those unable to decide on what to eat for breakfast. They have sandwiches, individual baked goods, à la carte items and hot and cold drink options as well. A Perfect Return to Where Our Forever Began My husband and I…read moregot married at Hotel Valencia one year ago, so getting to return this weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary was incredibly special. As part of our wedding package, they were incredibly generous and included two complimentary nights at the hotel and dinner at Dorrego's for us to celebrate. They are truly the absolute best at what they do and really know how to celebrate their guests! Returning to the very place where we said "I do" was already emotional enough, but Hotel Valencia somehow made the experience even more memorable than our first stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exactly as we remembered them: kind, attentive, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and when we walked in on our first day, we found the sweetest surprise waiting for us: a bottle of champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a congratulations message written in chocolate on the plate. I actually teared up a little! It was such a thoughtful and adorable gesture that truly made us feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. There is something so special about Hotel Valencia. The environment is exceptional, the service is always outstanding, and even their gorgeous signature scent instantly brings us back to memories of love, celebration, and adventure. Every little detail feels intentional and memorable. I am so incredibly thankful that we chose Hotel Valencia as the place to celebrate both our wedding and our first anniversary. It will forever hold such a special place in our hearts, and we cannot wait to return again and make even more memories there. Thank you, Hotel Valencia, for helping make two of the most meaningful celebrations of our lives absolutely unforgettable!

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Valencia!…read more We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Valencia on the San Antonio River Walk! The location is perfect step out the front door and you're right in downtown San Antonio. From the hotel restaurant, you can take the stairs or elevator directly down to the River Walk, which makes getting around so easy and convenient. What we especially loved is that this hotel has so much character and charm. It doesn't feel like one of those cookie-cutter chain hotels. We had a balcony, although it was simply too hot during our visit to sit outside and enjoy it. I'm sure it would be wonderful on a cooler evening! The bar and restaurant were both excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the valet guys they provided wonderful service and were always so helpful. Great location, beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again when we're back in San Antonio!

For a starter we shared the cornbread with another couple and it was plenty for 4 people. If you are from out of town and looking for some Texas-shaped vittles or just want something substantial to stretch your meal I recommend it! Very tasty and filling. For my main I had the scallops with creamed corn risotto. It was a dainty portion but the flavors were nice. My husband had the short rib tagliatelle which he loved. It was very rich and filling. We had the buttermilk pie again for dessert and this time it tasted sweeter than I remembered. It was good but we couldn't finish it. Idk if it was my tastebuds or if it was different. Anyways still a great meal overall and we will be back!
